The topics of children ’s education and folk tales have lasted forever."Story" is an important part of children’s life and growth,and a form that children like.Folk tales tell people the truth of goodness over evil,honesty over hypocrisy,and hard work over laziness.Through the principles of reward and punishment such as victory and defeat,reward and punishment,the basic concept of right and wrong is established in the minds of children.Educational is one of the basic attributes of folk stories.It not only undertakes the important task of language education for children,but also undertakes the important task of promoting the development of children’s comprehensive quality and ability.The rapid development of new media technology has not only brought rare opportunities to the spread of folk stories,but also brought very serious challenges.Therefore,how to make full use of the dissemination advantages of new media technology,how to deal with the challenges brought about by new media technology,and how to make the educational function of folk stories more effective have become a problem that needs to be solved.This article includes the following four items: The first part introduces the concept of new media,analyzes the advantages of new media over traditional media,summarizes the relationship between new media and children ’ s education,and analyzes the educational channels and children of folk stories in the era of new media.The significance in mental health;In the second part,this article focuses on the role of folk stories in the new media era in the development of children ’ s wisdom development,language ability,aesthetic ability,self-confidence,imagination,etc.The third part mainly discusses the new media era The role of folk tales in the formation of children ’s patriotism,responsibility,unity,solidarity,and courage.The fourth part discusses the children’s educational communication model of the new media platform,the cultural and educational foundation of the new media folk story industrialization,the role of the new media in optimizing the family storytelling education environment,and puts forward some optimization measures and methods.
