The Development And Utilization Of Folk Culture With Xinjiang Characteristics In The Off-campus Fine Arts Courses

Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region lies in the center of Asian and European continents and the northwestern part of China.As the core region of the Silk Road,Xinjiang has boasted the diversity of natural environment,a long history,profound cultural essence and unique folk culture.With the fast economic development in Xinjiang,the educational industry has attracted wide attention.The industry of off-campus fine arts education has been experiencing booming development.Therefore,this paper is devoted to researching how to better develop and utilize the folk culture resources with Xinjiang characteristics in the off-campus fine arts courses.The training centers for off-campus fine arts education in some areas of Xinjiang have been chosen as the research object.The author has surveyed and researched the current status of the development and utilization of the curriculum resources featured by the folk culture with Xinjiang characteristics.Besides discovering the advantage of developing the off-campus fine arts courses through the folk culture with Xinjiang characteristics,the author has also integrated the development and utilization of folk culture resources with Xinjiang characteristics into the off-campus fine arts courses in the local areas.By means of survey and interview,the author has summarized the principle,strategy and mode for the utilization of the folk culture resources with Xinjiang characteristics in the course development.If the folk culture resources of the local region can be fully utilized,it will better cultivate and stimulate the learning motivation of those students,shape those students’ identity with the national culture as well as inherit and carry forward the excellent national culture and tradition in the future study and life.
