| In recent years, the national cultural soft power has also been in an increasingly important position in international competition. As an important carrier of China ’s socialist culture, the cultural industry is the embodiment of China ’s cultural soft power. Therefore,China’s cultural industry must not only achieve rapid development, but also achieve high-quality development. At the same time, the Internet has become a national development strategy, and its combination with traditional industries has become inevitable. The high integration of the Internet and the cultural industry can not only promote the good and rapid development of the cultural industry, but also become an important driving force for China’s economic development. The Internet can not only reduce the transaction costs of enterprises, but also allow the cultural industry to integrate and develop with other industries under the Internet environment. At the same time,it has different influence mechanisms for different industries of the cultural industry. From the perspective of scale effect, technology spillover effect, and the externality brought by the Internet, analyze the impact and role of the Internet on the total factor productivity of the cultural industry. At the same time, from the perspective of the industry, analyze the heterogeneous characteristics of the effect of the Internet on different industries,Not only has theoretical significance, but also has practical significance.First,by sampling the panel data of 31 provinces and cities(autonomous regions and municipalities)in the cultural industry from 2012 to 2018,a fixed-effect model is constructed to empirically analyze the impact of the Internet on the total factor productivity of the cultural industry and its decomposition indicators.Afterwards, the influence of the Internet on the heterogeneity of the total factor productivity of the cultural industry is discussed from the three industries of cultural manufacturing, cultural wholesale and retail, and cultural service. The empirical results show that the Internet has improved the total factor productivity of China’s cultural industry and mainly increased productivity through the improvement of technological efficiency.Specifically, the Internet has a significant role in promoting the technical efficiency of the cultural industry and its three different industries. This is closely related to the nature of the Internet itself. The Internet can improve resource utilization efficiency, reduce transaction costs, and make resource allocation more reasonable and utilization efficiency.Higher, this is the commonality of the cultural industry and its heterogeneity analysis. The difference is that the Internet has a more significant impact on the scale efficiency of the cultural wholesale and retail industry, and it also has a certain impact on the technical efficiency of the cultural service industry, but the impact on scale efficiency is less significant. At the same time, the most special place of the Internet is the The technological progress of the cultural manufacturing industry has a restraining effect. |
