A Study On The Formation Of "Xieyin" Concept

In the history of Chinese literary criticism,Liu Xie was the first literary theorist to discuss the concept of "Xieyin" as a stylistic concept.Liu Xie investigated the history of the development of the style of "Xieyin" with the traditional realistic concept of historiography,and summarized and reflected the creative idea and value orientation of the style of "Xieyin".There is no doubt about the historical value of the article Wenxindiaolong Xieyin.However,when Liu Xie set up the criticism standard with the Confucian utilitarian literary view as the leading thought,the interpretation of the theoretical value of "Xieyin" was limited to a great extent.The in-depth study of the cultural foundation of "Xieyin" is the premise for us to understand the artistic charm of "Xieyin".The sociality of "Xie" literature endows "Xieyin" with efficient influence.The dialogue and fusion of Zhuangzi’s thought and "Xie" literature also enriches the expressive force and aesthetic connotation of "Xie" literature.The source of "Yin" literature lays the foundation for the weird and changeable form of "Xieyin".However,in the process of rational civilization,the mysterious argot begins to evolve to conform to the requirements of "Xieyin",moral subtle words are integrated into the system of political civilization.These cultural factors are the key to solve the literature related problems of "Xieyin".The end of Han Dynasty and the Wei and Jin Dynasties are the key period for the conception of "Xieyin".The scholars of haiku optimization,such as Dong Fangshuo and Mei Gao,created a lot of humorous and witty poems in exchange for the favor of the master.Guo Pu put forward the word "Xieyin",which also specifically refers to this kind of creation.From Guo Pu’s discussion,we can also realize the contemptuous psychology of scholars at that time,which was also accepted by Liu Xie’s style theory of "Xieyin".On the other hand,it should be noted that "Xieyin" continued to develop in the form of Fu,folk jokes,riddles and so on,and gradually formed its own unique ideological content,expression techniques,body style,which provided rich research materials for Liu Xie’s "xieyin" stylistics.Liu Xie took the core of Confucianism as the foundation and direction of his theory,and with the help of history,he outlined the style of "Xieyin" and established the critical standard of "Xieyin" literature.The stylistic theory of "Xieyin" is thus established.On the basis of the stylistic theory of "Xieyin",combined with the literary creation practice at that time,we found that the aesthetic meaning of "Xieyin" was mainly embodied in three aspects: the creative psychology of "being popular and happy to laugh","the thinking mode of" beyond the meaning of the text "and the artistic purport of" delicately thinking ".In a word,this paper takes the formation of "Xieyin" as the clear line and the birth of "Xieyin" as the dark line.On the one hand,it shows the historical and realistic conditions of the construction of "Xieyin" style concept.On the other hand,it unloads the construction materials of the style concept and restores the real appearance of "Xieyin" in the current literary works covered by the critical discourse.
