Future Cyber City In China: Science Fiction Vision And Reality Sampling

In recent years,with the promotion of technology,the "urban renewal" aimed at pushing the city to a new future dimension has often further formatted the rich historical streets and diverse urban landscapes,and replaced them with intelligence and commercialization.The standard configuration of globalization has spawned urban diseases such as social differentiation and boring life.Faced with this social reality,the author cited the creation of science fiction as the case,and took the science fiction VR work "Sampling Utopia 2217" created for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Architecture Biennale in 2017 and the series of "Cyber Yanan" as the case of this article,combining creative reflection and accumulation of theoretical systems,Propose a method of creating collages of past and present urban elements,mixed "sampling" and the creation of fantasy images of future cities;analyze the social connotations of China’s current urban appearance and ideology,in Cyber cities are represented in VR,reflecting on the current practical issues in the process of urbanization,cultivating future awareness,and thinking about the various possibilities of future cities.While trying to explore China’s future utopian urban outlook and the possibility of the coexistence of multiple cities in the future,a creative approach of "Chinese future imagination" was established.
