An Analysis Of The Cultural Connotation Of Buddhist Plaque In Baoguang Temple In Chengdu

As an important part of Chinese traditional architecture,plaque plays an important role in Chinese traditional culture.As the bearer of historical information,it can be seen the traditional culture and traditional craft contained in it.At present,there is little research on buddhist plaque in China.Based on the buddhist plaque data of baoguang temple in chengdu,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the form,content,decoration,technology and other aspects of the plaque,and discusses the unique characteristics of buddhist plaque and the social background of the occurrence of buddhist plaque,including natural environment and human environment.As an important historical and cultural city in China,chengdu has a long history of buddhist culture and numerous famous temples.Baoguang temple,as one of the four zen gardens in the Yangtze river valley,is also one of the famous buddhist temples in China,with a history of nearly one thousand years.There are more than 200 buddhist plaques in baoguang temple,among which there are many excellent works by celebrities,senior officials and calligraphers in the qing dynasty.It not only integrates calligraphy,sculpture and fine arts,but also involves political,economic,cultural and folk customs information.Through its analysis,the cultural relic value of buddhist plaque is discussed,and the reference function of buddhist plaque is excavated,so as to make a modest contribution to the preservation and inheritance of plaque.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter,introduction.This paper introduces the value of the topic,briefly summarizes the history of baoguang temple and the specific situation of the buddhist plaque in baoguang temple,and summarizes the research on the plaque mainly in chengdu area.Find out the value and shortage of the study on buddhist plaque.The second chapter,the type and characters of the buddhist board of baoguang temple.Firstly,the buddhist board of baoguang temple was classified according to age,texture and function,and then tabled.Secondly,according to the inscription text text and postscript classification overview,extract the characteristics of buddhist plaque.Chapter three,the artistic value of the buddhist plaque in baoguang temple.It mainly discusses from two aspects.On the one hand,it discusses the artistic value of buddhist plaque from the Angle of aesthetic value,including the decoration of plaque and calligraphy art.On the other hand,from theperspective of art,this paper briefly analyzes the reference function of buddhist board.Chapter four,the historical value of the buddhist plaque in baoguang temple.Mainly through the interpretation of the plaque text,understand the plaque in the historical period of political life and cultural form.The fifth chapter,baoguang temple buddhist plaque production technology.This paper discusses the selection and origin of stele materials,and discusses the traditional culture of stele carving and painting.The external form of the buddhist board in baoguang temple is the communication and dissemination of buddhist culture and calligraphy art,which symbolizes people’s religious belief and aesthetic thought.The internal form is the political need and the national fusion need,becomes the link which promotes the national unity,is the official ruling tool which has the certain political nature,plays the important role in the historical process.
