A Study Of Academic Chinese Cohesive Words Based On The Corpus Of Chinese International Educational Periodicals

In recent years,the number of domestic academic students is increasing,and the problem of cohesion and coherence in the graduation thesis of international students is increasingly prominent,which often makes people confused.A large number of previous studies have pointed out that international students have problems in the writing of academic papers,but they have not explored the cohesive words in the academic Chinese style from the perspective of the ontology of academic papers.On the basis of cohesion theory,this paper applies the theories and methods of computational linguistics and corpus linguistics.2.Extract cohesive words from corpus and compare them with those extracted from corpus of People’s Daily and corpus of writers’ digest;3.The feature coefficients of cohesive words in academic Chinese are calculated by using the formula of the word feature coefficients of ma Chuangxin and Chen Xiaohe.4.Some Suggestions are put forward for the establishment of academic Chinese writing courses and the idea of compiling special academic Chinese writing textbooks.By word frequency statistics and calculation of features,this paper extracted 202 linking words can represent the academic Chinese style,and the characteristics of high coefficient of cohesion is 50 words based on semantic function is divided into 11 different small classes,hopes to academic of Chinese writing and provide some references for the writing of the Chinese writing teaching materials.
