| Human Gene Enhancement Technology is one of the most brilliant subjects in life science in the 21 st century.The concept of human gene enhancement technology includes two aspects: aim and means,among which controlling gene is the means,the goal is to control the gene for enhancement.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the development of human gene enhancement technology,which is a great achievement in the exploration of human life.However,improving the quality of life brings about a variety of practical concerns,social risks and traditional moral issues worthy of in-depth consideration.From the perspective of bioethics,this paper analyzes the ethical problems that human gene enhancement technology brings to today’s society and the Future Society,and tries to start with the dual ethical characteristics of technology and combine with the reality of today’s society,planning the future development of human gene enhancement technology.In a word,the technology of gene enhancement for medical purposes should be carried out in accordance with the principle of bioethics,and the technology of gene enhancement for non-medical purposes should be treated with caution and adopted a conservative attitude,so that the technology of human gene enhancement can truly guarantee human dignity and safeguard human interests.Human gene enhancement technology involves science and technology,ethics,culture,morality,law and so on.It may be biased to study human gene enhancement technology only from the angle of science,technology and ethics.The theoretical support of this paper is based on the ethical knowledge,while other disciplines are necessary to supplement it.This paper discusses the problems by using the related knowledge of various disciplines.In this paper,the history and development of human gene enhancement technology are introduced,and the current research situation of gene enhancement technology at home and abroad is described in detail,then the concept of human gene enhancement,the types of human gene enhancement technology and the practical application of human gene enhancement technology are defined,the article also elaborates the ethical view of human gene enhancement technology in the bioethics,and analyzes the value and problems of human gene enhancement technology from the ethical perspective,this paper further reveals the reasons of the ethical problems of human gene enhancement technology,and then summarizes the countermeasures for the ethical problems of human gene enhancement technology. |
