Cultural industry and tourism industry,these two industries have a high degree of relevance,with a natural coupling.In 2009,the Ministry of culture and the National Tourism Administration jointly issued the guiding opinions on promoting the development of the combination of culture and tourism,which is one of the important work of the government.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it further proposed the integration goal of "cultivating new cultural formats",and adopted relevant national policies,The combination of culture and tourism industry promotes the optimization of industrial structure,which has become a strategic choice for the sustainable development of national economy.How to promote the deep integration of the two industries and promote the coordinated development of economy is a major problem to be solved in the field of culture and tourismSouthwest China has complex geographical conditions and rich tourism resources.As an important gathering area of ethnic minorities,Southwest China has concentrated high-quality cultural resources of Yi,Miao,Tibetan,Bai and other ethnic groups,as well as rich red resources.The southwest region has concentrated high-quality cultural resources and tourism resources.On the basis of existing research,this paper measures the integration degree of culture and tourism industry in the southwest region by means of mathematical model,and deeply analyzes the current situation of the integration of the two industries in the southwest region,and further tests and analyzes the driving factors of the integration of the two industries in the southwest region from the empirical aspect According to the research conclusion,and put forward relevant policy recommendations.It will promote the utilization and development of characteristic cultural and tourism resources in Southwest China,innovate cultural resources,increase the value of cultural resourceson the basis of maintaining the value,further enhance the cultural heritage and characteristic charm of tourism,promote mutual promotion and win-win between cultural industry and tourism industry,and promote China’s culture and tourism industry through further deepening the integration of Southwest culture and tourism industry Upgrade.
