Research On The Optimization Of The Integrated Development Plan Of Culture And Tourism In Qujiang New District

In 2018,the Ministry of culture and the National Tourism Administration of China carried out responsibility integration and established the Ministry of culture and tourism as a constituent Department of the State Council,without retaining the Ministry of culture and the National Tourism Administration.The newly established Ministry of culture and tourism will enhance and demonstrate cultural self-confidence,integrate cultural undertakings,cultural industry development and tourism resources development,and which marks that China has really started to take the road of cultural tourism integration development from the political system.Through the research and analysis of domestic and foreign literature on the integration of culture and tourism,it is found that as early as the 1970 s and 1980 s,foreign research on the integration of culture and tourism has begun,and some developed countries have also completed the integration of culture and tourism from the setting of national institutions.However,the current research in this field in China is not deep enough,which emphasizes theory rather than practice,and lacks guiding significance for the practice of cultural and tourism integration.Through the research on the basic concepts of cultural industry and tourism industry,it is found that there is a natural coupling between them.The interaction between culture and tourism makes them play an important role in accelerating the transformation of new and old driving forces,promoting the high-quality development of economy,promoting the transformation and upgrading of industry,etc.Taking Qujiang New District as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of its cultural industry and tourism industry,and uses PEST and SWOT analysis methods to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the cultural and tourism integration development,as well as political,economic,social and technical environment in Qujiang New District.This article summarizes the existing practices and characteristics of cultural tourism integration in Qujiang,and analyzes some problems existing in the overall development and deep integration of Qujiang,and proposes that we should dig deep into the existing cultural resources,and to achieve high-quality development of cultural tourism industry from the aspects of Cultural Heritage + Tourism,Cultural Undertakings + Tourism,New Cultural Formats + Tourism,Performance +Tourism,Cultural Activities + Tourism and so on.At present,there are few multi-path research precedents of cultural tourism integration of administrative units in China.This paper summarizes and analyzes the theoretical concepts,practical practices of typical representative areas,and puts forward optimization plans and suggestions from the specific aspects of cultural heritage,cultural undertakings,new cultural formats and cultural activities,which provides a model and reference for vigorously promoting cultural tourism integration at present.
