Research On The Public Culture Service Of N County In Inner Mongolia

At present,the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of material living standards have put forward higher requirements on the ability and quality of public cultural services.How to effectively improve service capabilities has become a difficult problem that needs to be solved.With the improvement of the social and economic level,the people of N County have gradually become richer.After their material needs are met,they have higher requirements for cultural needs.Therefore,it also poses new challenges to the government’s public cultural service capabilities.In order to improve the status quo of N County public cultural services as soon as possible,this article uses the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method to summarize the problems in the N county public cultural service process,and from the perspective of the new public service theory to address the current N County public cultural service We have provided some countermeasures and suggestions on the issues of facilities,activities,products and service methods.We hope that we can provide some useful references and references for N County cultural service practitioners so as to better provide services to the people of N County,which is conducive to satisfying the grassroots.The deeper cultural needs of the masses.Starting from the perspective of new public services,this article analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures against the current status and existing problems of N County public cultural services.This article consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the background and significance of the topic selection,the current situation of the research problem and the methods used to analyze the problem,as well as the innovation of the thesis.The second chapter is an introduction to the concept of research topics,mainly public culture and public cultural services,the main points of the new public service theory and the application of related theories in this article.The third chapter is about the status quo and existing problems of N County public cultural services.First,it briefly summarizes the status quo of N county public cultural services,and lists the phased achievements of N County public cultural services;secondly,it discusses the status of N County public cultural services.After analyzing the current service situation,it points out the existing problems,including unreasonable construction of public cultural facilities,low participation of the masses in public cultural activities,low satisfaction of the masses with public cultural products,and the service level of cultural service personnel is not high.The fourth chapter is based on the New Public Service Theory to analyze the current cultural service problems of N County,and systematically analyze the reasons for the problems,including the failure of government service functions to fully perform,and the lack of communication with the masses,the government has not yet established a complete accountability mechanism,lack of talents and insufficient training opportunities.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures to improve the N County’s public cultural service capabilities,which mainly include four aspects,strengthen government service functions,strengthen communication with the masses,improve the responsibility mechanism of cultural services,and improve the introduction of talents and strengthen the training of staff.
