The Study Of Morpheme Reverse Words In Meanings Modern Chinese Dictionary In Recent Three Editions

Morpheme reverse words are involved in both spoken and written language,which are similar in form,and the order of the two morphemes are reversed.These words are almost the same in part of speech,interpretation and use cases,but they are widely used;some morpheme reverse words are different in part of speech and interpretation,so users are prone to deviate from application,resulting in the use of non-standard phenomenon.Previous studies about morpheme reverse words mainly focused on three aspects.The first is compared the similarities and differences of a group of morpheme reverse words;The second is the internal structure types of morpheme reverse words;The third is from the perspective of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,mainly from the textbook series of morpheme reverse words as the research object,to provide methods in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The innovation of this article is that the perspective of lexicology,starting from morpheme reverse words included in recent three editions of Meanings Modern Chinese Dictionary,the parts of speech,definitions and use cases of the selected words with the morpheme reverse words made into tables,and then the characteristics and changes of the parts of speech,definitions and use cases of the words with morpheme reverse words in recent three Meanings Modern Chinese Dictionary are compared value.This article uses the methods of comparative analysis and induction to sort out the morphemes reverse words in the recent three editions of Meanings Modern Chinese Dictionary.Firstly,it makes statistics on the distribution characteristics,and then compares each group of morpheme reverse words in the recent three editions of Meanings Modern Chinese Dictionary,and studies the entries of the change of part of speech.The change of part of speech is mainly manifested in the increase,deletion and modification of part of speech One by one,analyze the morpheme reverse words of part of speech change.This article uses inductive method to study the interpretation characteristics of morpheme reverse words,showing three major characteristics: synonym interpretation,morpheme words in reverse order interpretation and morpheme decomposition interpretation.A comparative analysis of the definitions of the morpheme reverse words in recent three editions of dictionaries shows that the changes of the definitions include the changes of the meaning and the explanation.After the adjustment of the definitions,it is more in line with the grammatical norms and the semantic expression is more accurate.In the aspect of use cases,statistics method is used to count the number of use cases of the morpheme reverse words,and nearly 70% of morpheme reverse words have matching cases.Then,using the method of comparative analysis,this article compares the actual situation of the three editions of the dictionary.When the definition changes,the use case may change;when the definition does not change,the use case is adjusted for the sake of simplicity,clarity,concreteness.The development of language,language policy and lexicology all have an impact on morpheme reverse words.Every change of morpheme reverse words embodies the wisdom and hard work of lexicographers.It is the continuous improvement of dictionaries that makes the study of morpheme reverse words more valuable.Finally,it points out the slight improvement of the morphemes reverse words in the dictionary,and makes a prospect for the development of morphemes reverse words.
