In this paper,the noun entries of the 7th Edition Modern Chinese Dictionary for the word release word(both the released entry and its paraphrase are words,and the number of words is one)are taken as the object of study.Firstly,by reading the dictionary entries one by one,all the noun entries of the word released by the word are screened out,the number of which is 6291 in total,and further the article describes and analyzes them lexicographically.The article consists of seven main parts.The first part is the introduction.It explains the research object of this article,recognizes and composes the previous research results,and points out the research method and research value of this article.The second part is a detailed explanation of the theoretical problems of synonymy presented in the 7th Edition Modern Chinese Dictionary after the entry of the word interpretation of the word noun,sorting out the views of the main modern Chinese textbooks and lexicographers on the definition,classification and difference analysis of synonyms,finding out the consensus and differences among them,and explaining the basis and criteria of the classification of synonymy clusters in this paper.The third part is an overview description of the term interpretation of a noun entry in the7 th Edition Modern Chinese Dictionary.Starting from the mode of interpretation,we depict the various appearances of the one-word noun entries in the dictionary,and classify the materials according to the mode of interpretation into only synonymic words,synonymic words preceded by "〈Written language〉" and "〈Speaking Language〉" marks,synonymic words preceded by The material is divided into five categories: synonymous words only,synonymous words preceded or followed by explanatory phrases,and synonymous words preceded or followed by qualifying brackets.The fourth part is to sort out the synonyms with the same rational meaning and the same color meaning.The synonyms are classified into three types,namely,homophones in reverse order,partly identical,and all different.In addition,there are a large number of synonyms in these three categories,and in order to visualize the characteristics of this part of synonyms,we classify this part as synonymy.The fifth part mainly sorts out the synonyms with the same rational meaning but different color meanings.Firstly,the differences between the interpreted words and the interpreted words in terms of color meaning are separately identified,mainly including six aspects of stylistic color,field of use,period color,foreign color,image color,and emotional color.Secondly,some characteristics of synonyms with the same rational meaning but different color meanings are summarized through observation and analysis of the materials.The sixth part mainly sorts out the synonyms with different rational meanings.Firstly,the differences between the interpreted words and the interpreted words in terms of rational meanings are analyzed separately,mainly in five aspects: the size of the general scope of the word meaning,the scope of application of the word meaning,the individual and collection of things referred to,the focus of the word meaning,and the weight of the word meaning.Secondly,through observation and analysis of the materials,the differences between synonyms with different rational meanings are summarized.The seventh part focuses on the shortcomings of the word interpretation of some noun entries and tries to give suggestions for improvement.
