At present,with the communication development requirements of culture going out,in the context of entertainment oriented cultural communication,the communication and development momentum of local culture has been rapidly improved,and the promotion and development process of new media internet short video promotion in the cultural field has been gradually accelerated.Short video communication is the carrier of micro record and mass culture.Its authenticity and the ideology of communication theme are of great significance to the inheritance and communication of new media and traditional culture.In this paper,Weifang woodcut New Year picture communication development as the research topic,first of all,the value of Weifang woodcut New Year picture communication in the form of documentary,based on the short video as the background of the integration of development and promotion strategy research,compared with the traditional culture of the past communication channels,so as to make an innovative exploration of Weifang woodcut New Year picture.From the perspective of New Year pictures communication,Weifang woodcut New Year pictures have distinctive artistic features,rich historical and cultural resources,long communication history and high inheritance value.Due to the current communication environment restrictions and local inheritors’ information occlusion in Weifang,the serial works and exhibits of Weifang woodblock New Year pictures can not achieve stable development and communication.The author found that the inheritors of Weifang local New Year pictures did not take the appropriate and efficient communication path,still stay in the original traditional communication environment,it is difficult to enhance the public’s awareness of Weifang woodcut New Year pictures.Therefore,I want to take advantage of new media’s own audio-visual language and communication advantages to analyze the integration of traditional culture.The first chapter mainly introduces the development history and creation of New Year pictures,analyzes the artistic characteristics,historical culture and inheritance value of Weifang woodcut New Year pictures,introduces its communication vision and development needs,and social attention will be higher and higher.It defines the relevant concepts of the communication needs of New Year pictures,the communication background,cultural definition,communication status and problems of Weifang woodcut New Year pictures.The second chapter,starting from the development characteristics of short video,introduces the current development characteristics of short video,whether there are communication advantages for woodcut New Year pictures,and further introduces the communication strategy of New Year pictures and the demands of development integration,and analyzes whether there are long-term development opportunities from the needs of new year pictures communication.Looking for the fusion point of the two.In the third chapter,the potential advantage value of new media short video to traditional New Year pictures culture communication is investigated,and the resource concentration degree behind the short-term products is analyzed,which proves the support of new media short video to PGC and UGC traditional fusion media,and establishes a reasonable analysis for the innovation point of new video communication strategy and its own fusion appeal.Tik Tok New Year paintings,the fourth chapter,the third chapter,the promotion strategy of short video promotion,the promotion and dissemination of New Year paintings.It involves the difference between the communication object of the past New Year pictures and the main body of the new media short video.From we media operation,individual communication and MCN centralized communication,this paper analyzes the existing cases of some cultural products,and extracts the strong integration development experience of new media short video on New Year picture communication.Combining the characteristics of Weifang woodcut New Year pictures with the short video of new media,and combining the characteristics of the Internet information age with the long-term development of the cultural industry,The fifth chapter,the fifth chapter with theory combined with personal works.Mainly from the creation of personal works,the creation process,as well as the problems encountered in their own creation,communication with craftsmen,to explore the short video on the development of traditional woodcut New Year pictures.
