| This article is based on the employment idea of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative.According to the theory and method of social investigation,takes the questionnaire survey on the employment of international students in MTCSOL along the Belt and Road Initiative as a tool to graduate from universities after 2015,Shandong province.MTCSOL along the Belt and Road Initiative conducts a questionnaire survey to highlight the impact of the Belt and Road Initiative and the special subject nature of Chinese international education on the employment of international students,and analyze and draw a series of valuable conclusions.This study is divided into seven parts.The first part briefly introduces the background,significance,research content and research method of the topic selection;the second part mainly introduces the current situation and trends of relevant research at home and abroad;the third part mainly discusses the sample selection and statistical methods involved in the design and implementation of the questionnaire,and obtains statistical results;The fourth part is mainly about the analysis of the results of the questionnaire;the fifth part summarizes the main conclusions of the survey;the sixth part is to draw relevant suggestions on employment ideas;the seventh part is the conclusion.The results of the survey show that there is a professional mismatch in the employment of MTCSOL in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative,with diversified employment categories and large spans in industry;there is a strong demand for compound talents with Chinese and cross-cultural communication skills in the job market;China has become a new engine of economic development in the online country.This aspect has promoted the economic and social development and infrastructure of both sides,and set up a brand-new platform for employment,but at the same time,it has caused the loss of outstanding talents from the Chinese-language international education profession and the supply of professional posts in short supply.According to the above results,this paper puts forward suggestions from three aspects:schools,society and individuals to meet employment needs,contracts a contract-based training model,effective diversion internships,absorbing language think tank talents,improving employment mechanisms,encouraging entrepreneurship to promote employment,and making good use of new employment. |
