China has been committed to promoting Chinese,on the one hand,in order to enhance foreign understanding of Chinese and Chinese culture,on the other hand,we need to promote the soft power of Chinese culture through international promotion of Chinese,and achieve better communication and exchange with each other.The policy of "one belt,one road" is a proposal of conspiracy and development put forward by our country in the new era,which has been recognized by many countries."One belt,one road" initiative has been steadily advancing in recent years and achieved good results,but there are still some countries who are on the sidelines of the initiative.This is partly due to cultural differences.Therefore,relying on one belt,one road initiative and constructing a sound system of international promotion and dissemination of Chinese language is in line with the objective needs of China's future strategic development.This article takes this as the research background,based on the strategic layout of one belt and the other,taking the development of Xinjiang as the breakthrough point,and deeply explores the current path and plan of Chinese promotion and dissemination in Central Asia.The paper is divided into six parts:The first part describes the research background and significance of this paper.At the same time,according to the current literature research situation,it makes targeted summary and analysis,summarizes the content worthy of reference,and provides the necessary theoretical support for this study.The second part analyzes the connotation and theoretical basis of Chinese promotion under the strategy of "The Belt and Road initiative".According to the needs of this study,it explores the connotation of the "one belt initiative" and the connotation of language education promotion,and makes an objective analysis of the corresponding theories,including language education planning theory and multicultural policy theory.In addition,this part also explores the role of Chinese culture promotion and dissemination under the strategic layout.The third part analyzes the motivations and influencing factors of Chinese promotion and dissemination under the strategic layout of one area,and probes into the motivations for the promotion and dissemination of Chinese under the strategic layout and the factors influencing the spread and dissemination of Chinese under the strategic layout.The fourth part discusses the current situation and problems of the promotion and dissemination of Chinese language in Central Asia under the strategic layout of one area,analyzes the achievements of the current Chinese promotion in Central Asia,analyzes the problems,and probes into the causes of the problems,so as to fully grasp the objective situation of the promotion of Chinese language in Central Asia under the strategic layout of the current area.The fifth part,based on the above research,has carried out in-depth discussions on the strategy of Chinese promotion in Central Asia under the strategic layout of the whole area,and put forward corresponding suggestions and proposals,hoping to provide help for the promotion of Chinese in China and provide support for the effective implementation of the strategy.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the main contents and research conclusions of the paper,and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
