Internship is an important part of the training process of the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)as an effective way to internalize professional knowledge into teaching skills.Through internships,students can comprehensively apply professional knowledge to teaching practice,cultivate and exercise their ability to engage in education and teaching,and deepen their sense of professional identity.By combing through the literature on education internship,internship satisfaction,and the correlation between internship satisfaction and employment,the author found that most of the current research on internship satisfaction focuses on hotel management,tourism management,and medical care.Students’ satisfaction with internship is mostly Between general and satisfactory,the internship experience has a certain impact on employment choices and employability.When reviewing the relevant literature on the employment status of the MTCSOL it is found that there is a prominent problem with the low employment rate of the counterpart of the MTCSOL,and the influencing factors are various,and some researchers have proposed the influence of internship factors on employment.The internship is an important stage for the master of MTCSOL to join the teaching team of Chinese.It goes without saying.From the perspective of internship satisfaction,the author investigates the status quo of internship satisfaction for the Master of MTCSOL,explores the influencing factors of internship satisfaction,and further explores the relationship between internship satisfaction and employment.On the basis of previous research results,the author compiled a questionnaire "Impact of Internship Satisfaction for MTCSOL on Employment".The questionnaire was randomly distributed to domestic MTCSOL who graduated from 2016 to 2020,and finally 148 valid questionnaires were returned.According to the survey results,select several representative survey subjects to conduct in-depth interviews to verify the survey results.In the end,the following conclusions were reached:(1)The overall satisfaction with the internship of the MTCSOL is in the range of average to satisfactory.The degree of satisfaction is in the order of instructor,internship unit,training unit,individual performance,and instructor of internship unit in order of satisfaction;(2)There are 3 main factors that affect the satisfaction of the internship of the MTCSOL.The internship unit,training unit,and intern instructor are in order from high to low in influence;(3)The results of this research show that the internship location and duration of the internship for the MTCSOL have no significant impact on internship satisfaction;(4)The results of this research show that there is a positive correlation between the satisfaction of the internship of the MTCSOL and the sense of professional identity,but it has no significant effect on whether to choose a counterpart employment.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter includes the research purpose,research content,research object,research method and the compilation of the questionnaire of this article;The second chapter includes the survey results of four parts: the basic situation of the survey object,internship satisfaction,satisfaction factors,and the correlation between satisfaction and employment;The third chapter mainly focuses on the case study of the survey results.According to the survey results,four representative interview subjects are selected for in-depth interviews,supplementing the questionnaire without in-depth questions and verifying the survey results;The fourth chapter mainly discusses the results of the questionnaire,including the analysis of the current situation of internship satisfaction,the influencing factors of internship satisfaction,the correlation between internship satisfaction and employment;The fifth chapter mainly includes the research conclusions of this article and relevant suggestions for improving internship satisfaction and counterpart employment rate.
