| The Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)is an important power to promote the International Chinese education.In recent years,China’s international status and influence have increased significantly.With the construction of the "Belt and Road" and the further development of overseas Chinese language institutions such as Confucius college,the "Chinese craze" has continued to heat up around the world,which is both challenge and opportunity to the development of Chinese international communication and Teaching of Chinese as a Second Language.On the one hand,a systematic analysis of the factors is not only great significance to evaluate the teaching skills of MTCSOL,but also to promote the teaching skills of them.On the other hand,it is an important engine for promoting the development of Teaching of Chinese as a Second Language.First of all,this paper through collation of relevant literature,combing the concept of relevant theory and its application.Based on the frame and the theory of a method named micro-teaching,referring to the classification of teaching skill composition of teaching skill practice course in Central University for Nationalities,a questionnaire on the importance of influencing factors of teaching skill of MTCSOL was designed.In order to verify the rationality and reliability of the questionnaire,a total of 103 people,including professional teachers,MTCSOL and relevant outstanding undergraduates were selected to carry out the questionnaire survey.Then the index system of influencing factors of MTCSOL’s teaching skills is constructed,which includes 3 first-class indexes,10 second-class indexes and 30third-class indexes.Secondly,by using a method named analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the author invited some experts or experienced teachers to make two-to-two comparisons of various indicators at the same level,and to give objective and practical evaluation and judgment on the importance of each indicator,after a series of calculation to obtain the weight of the indicators and a summary data.Finally,according to the judgment result and the weight summary result of the expert teachers,the preliminary formulation named "The teacher skill comprehensive evaluation form" was designed.And then puts forward some suggestions on improving the teaching skills of MTCSOL,so as to provide reference for the improvement of teaching skills of them. |
