One belt,one road,is the one that has been carrying out the omni-directional foreign policy since the reform and opening up.But in the past,it has paid special attention to the diplomatic relations with the European and American powers.In recent years,its diplomatic relations with neighboring countries have risen gradually become more and more equal with the foreign relations of great powers.Signing the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement(RCEP)and so on.In this context,the international status of Chinese is rising.By the end of 2020,more than 180 countries and regions in the world have carried out Chinese education,more than 70 countries have incorporated Chinese into their national education system,and more than 20 million foreign students are learning Chinese.In the face of the rapid development of international Chinese language education in China,how to base on the teaching of Chinese language knowledge and communication ability,tell Chinese stories,spread Chinese voice,and show a real,three-dimensional and comprehensive China has become a hot topic.This paper focuses on the issues of "the orientation of Chinese mainstream culture and subculture in TCFL","the selection of cultural contents of Northwest Ethnic Minorities in China" and "the application of cultural resources of Northwest Ethnic Minorities in international Chinese education and teaching",However,proper explanation of subculture knowledge is indispensable.In terms of the proportion of minority culture in the content of cultural teaching,different teaching contents are arranged according to the different multi-ethnic cultures of the regions where the students come to China.On the whole,the proportion of Chinese minority culture in the teaching of Chinese culture should be at least10%,which can be appropriately increased in multi-ethnic areas,but not more than 14%;The selection of cultural content of Northwest Ethnic Minorities in China should consider the inheritance value and practical value.This paper combs the cultural resources of northwest ethnic minorities from the perspective of human intangible cultural heritage and the new development of contemporary cultural undertakings;In the specific practice of international Chinese teaching,we design the teaching content from the perspective of folk song culture teaching,cultural experience activities and comprehensive courses.Meanwhile,we put forward corresponding suggestions on the curriculum and textbook compilation,hoping to enrich the international Chinese education and culture syllabus and fill the gap in the research of ethnic minority culture and international Chinese teaching in Northwest China,To provide teachers with reference and operational teaching suggestions.This paper consists of five chaptersThe first chapter,starting from the reason of the topic selection,expounds the reason of the topic selection and the practical value of integrating the northwest minority culture into the international Chinese teaching,introduces and summarizes the domestic research on this topic,and defines several theoretical concepts related to this paper,such as the cultural teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and the northwest minority culture in China.The second chapter,based on the minority culture resources in Northwest China,discusses the selection criteria of cultural content.In addition to "cultural factors" and "cultural knowledge",cultural content should also consider "inheritance",select specific ethnic cultural elements in Northwest China to elaborate,and finally explore the necessity of integrating ethnic cultural resources in Northwest China into TCFL.In the third chapter,based on the application of ethnic cultural in teaching as a foreign language in Northwest China,the author makes a questionnaire survey on Chinese teachers who have lived in Northwest China with international Chinese teaching experience and foreign students from Lanzhou Jiaotong University.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,the author summarizes the feasibility of the next step of teaching research.The fourth chapter,according to the survey results,puts forward the corresponding teaching suggestions and strategies from the perspective of textbook compilation and curriculum setting,and completes the teaching design according to the suggestions and strategies.The fifth chapter summarizes the paper and points out the shortcomings.
