| There are many words with the same or similar lexical meanings in Chinese. These synonyms have always been one of the difficulties for foreign students to learn Chinese. In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to use the research results of the synonym ontology theory to find a synonym that can be applied to foreign Chinese as a mode of teaching.HSK Standard Course is a textbook widely used in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language in recent years. The setting and distribution of synonyms in this set of textbooks are mainly concentrated in volumes 4 to 6.There is no discrimination between volumes 1 and 2.The three volumes of synonym analysis began to appear in the notes with English translations, but not every lesson is distinguished.Through the statistical analysis of the survey samples,it is found that the acquisition errors of synonyms by foreign students mainly include semantic aspects, syntax aspects and pragmatic colors. The main reasons for these errors are:the negative transfer of the mother tongue, the factors of the Chinese language, and the influence of learning strategies, the problem of setting up exercises for synonymous words in textbooks and misleading teaching. Therefore, the teaching of synonyms of Chinese as a foreign language should try to overcome the interference of the negative transfer of the students’ mother tongue, pay attention to the role of morphemes in the teaching of synonyms, avoid the influence of bad learning strategies, and continuously improve the setting of synonym exercises in the textbook. In order to explore and solve the problem of synonym errors,by referring to the data and information feed back from the questionnaire, the group of synonymous words “I’m afraid” and “fear” in HSK Standard Course 4(Part 2)Lesson 16 Life Can Be Better as an example,a teaching practice was designed and implemented in order to reduce the errors in the learning of synonyms for foreign students, improve the Chinese level, and improve the quality and efficiency of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. |
