Research On Irony In Narrative Perspective Of Novel

As a kind of linguistic rhetoric,irony is intended to make linguistic expression more effective.In the creation of novels,writers often use ironic rhetorical devices to enhance the linguistic effect of novel narration.The pursuit of narrative effect through perspective irony is an important characteristic of novel narration and a unique form of irony in novel narration.The narrative perspective irony of the novel comes from the narrative structure of the novel rather than just the words themselves.Its application not only makes us have a deeper understanding of the artistic value of the narrative perspective of the novel,but also expands the connotation and expression form of linguistic irony to a certain extent,which is more beneficial to the realization of the theme meaning of the novel.Based on the existing research materials,this paper sorts out the ironies in different forms of narrative perspectives,analyzes the form and characteristics of ironies in narrative perspectives of novels from two aspects of time-space transformation and personal form,and further discusses the value and significance of ironies in narrative perspectives.The introduction of this paper mainly introduces the research status of perspective irony,and expounds the necessity and feasibility of studying the phenomenon of narrative perspective irony in novels.The first chapter,starting from the transformation of narrative space and time,discusses the form of perspective irony between narrators,narrators and characters in different space-time levels.In addition,it also discusses the situation of meta-novel perspective irony and intertextual perspective irony.The second chapter analyzes and summarizes the perspectives of irony in different personal forms,and summarizes their similarities and differences.On the basis of the first two chapters,the third chapter discusses the value and significance of irony in narrative perspective.
