| As an important part of Altay Mountain rock paintings in northern China,Habahe duogart rock paintings own high historical value,cultural value,artistic value and scientific value.It plays an important role in studying the production and life style,thinking mode,social and cultural background,religious belief and aesthetic concept of prehistoric human beings in Altay Region of China.Periodization,protection and significance interpretation are still facing difficulty and there are few precedents in interdisciplinary research methods.This paper mainly takes duogart rock painting as the breakthrough point,through applying the methods of literature research,interdisciplinary research,field investigation and comparative study,finally summarizing the research status,natural geographical environment,social and cultural environment,supporting body,landscape,production means,pigment use,dating and content,and introducing the symbols of Peirce and Morris.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the relationship between duogart rock painting symbols and interpreters,different symbols,and between the symbols and the items they refer to within three modules of pragmatics,semantics and morphology.Meanwhile,rock paintings with the same or similar characteristics at home and abroad are selected for horizontal comparative study,which fills the gap in the research of rock art information by means of semiotics in China.According to the research,this paper preliminarily determines that the duogart rock painting is a prehistoric relic from the upper paleolithic age to the early iron age,it reflects the characteristics of the transition from the gathering and hunting economy to the nomadic economy in northern grassland areas.The rock painting in number 15 cave continue into the early iron age.The cultural information of rock paintings includes hunting witchcraft,high-yield witchcraft,reproductive worship,animal worship,religious sacrifice,teamwork,territory consciousness and educational functions. |
