China is a unified multi-ethnic country,every citizen has to learn and obligation of national common language with responsibility,Xinjiang as a national important area of the Belt and Road,improve the ability of national language become one of the important way,for the ethnic minority areas is the national language of ability to improve ethnic minority teachers group,should pay attention to the development of national language ability,ability in the teaching process give full play to the role of the precept of students.At present,our country and the autonomous region have invested huge manpower,material resources and economic support to smoothly promote the development of primary and secondary school teaching,and provide a solid backing for the development of education in Xinjiang,which provides a rare opportunity for the development of education in Xinjiang.With the bright prospect of increasing education popularization and improving education quality,improving the national language ability of grassroots teachers has become one of the core elements to ensure the quality of education and teaching,and it is necessary to gradually increase the intensity of relevant training for minority teachers.Under this background,the select primary and minority teachers national common language learning resource usage as the research subject,the primary and ethnic minorities as the research object,analyses its current use of the present situation of the national common language learning resources,as well as the problems that arise when use and to promote the southern Xinjiang minority primary and secondary school teachers to use national common language learning resources analysis of the effective methods are discussed in this paper.This paper is divided into the following parts:The first part,introduction.The purpose and significance of the topic,definition and classification of related concepts,theoretical basis and related research review are briefly introduced,as well as research objects and research methods.The second part is an investigation on the current situation of the use of national common language learning resources for ethnic minority teachers in southern xinjiang.Mainly adopts literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview method,in southern xinjiang ethnic minority group teachers know that use the national general language learning resource dimension,using the dimensions,requirements,dimension and evaluation dimension survey has been carried out of the four dimensions,mainly manifested in the object of study of network learning resources awareness degree is not high,unknown channels is limited,the utilitarian purpose,no team mutual learning habits,need professional guidance and feedback in time,and attaches great importance to the learning resources of the country’s general language learning effect,etc.The third part is about the problems existing in the use of national common language learning resources for teachers of ethnic minorities in southern Xinjiang.Based on the analysis of the current situation,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the knowledge,use,demand and evaluation of the study objects when using the national common language learning resources.The main problems focus on the study objects themselves,supplemented by the problems outside the resource environment.The fourth part is to promote the use of learning resources of national common language by minority teachers in southern Xinjiang.The suggested method is firstly the internal change of the research object,which mainly includes that the research object needs to change the learning concept and take the initiative to obtain the resources.Transform learning attitude and focus on learning objectives;Deepen the subject consciousness and improve the learning efficiency;Improve learning behavior and ensure continuous learning;Improve learning methods and enhance team learning.Secondly,the external development of resources and environment requires schools to provide sound mobile services,teachers to provide effective learning guidance,and improve and develop network learning resources.These suggested methods have certain significance for improving the use effect and learning outcome of the study object’s national common language learning resources,so as to give better play to the use ability of national common language,and also meet the internal requirements of grassroots teachers’ learning in the era of network information.
