Research On The Topic Selection Of Dissertations Of The Mtcol At Anyang Normal University

Dissertation writing is an important part of master’s training.The topic selection is the beginning of the dissertation writing.The topic of the dissertation is a highly condensed and generalization of the whole article,and is the eye of the full text.Researching the topic selection of the dissertation can not only understand the students’ preference and professional ability,but also understand the teacher’s guidance method,the school’s philosophy and training results.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the topic selection of the dissertation.This thesis takes the topic selection of master’s degree thesis in the MTCOL of Anyang Normal University as the research object,and selects 297 master’s degree thesis topics that have passed defenses from 2012 to 2018 for in-depth research.Through statistical analysis and questionnaire survey,explores the influence of the MTCOL of Anyang Normal University Factors in the topic selection of the professional master’s degree thesis found that there are some problems in the topic selection of the master’s degree thesis major in the MTCOL of Anyang Normal University:one is that the topic selection form is too single;the second is that the topic selection research content is too concentrated.In response to these issues,some suggestions are made:First,students should pay attention to the frontier issues of the subject and actively participate in relevant meetings;second,tutors should pay attention to the guidance of students’ topic selection process;third,the training unit should optimize the curriculum setting and broaden the internship channels.It is expected to have a certain positive significance for the topic selection of the master’s thesis in the MTCOL of Anyang Normal University and the improvement of the training rules for the training unit.
