Nowadays, the importance of interpersonal communication is well known, but people also need a time alone. From the perspective of Transactional Analysis theory, the interaction between people is actually a process of passing stroke.Obtaining stroke can meet people’s recognized needs. But stroke can be obtained not only through interpersonal communication, but also by oneself, that is,self-stroke.Self-stroke is also a concept clearly put forward by Transactional Analysis theory, and it is an indispensable part of life. However, current research almost ignores the existence of self-stroke and regarded others’ stroke as the only source of stroke.Research on selfstroke and its preference,on the one hand, can help to make up for the current research omissions and improve the theory of stroke;on the other hand, can also promote the establishment of individual autonomy and realize that they can actively meet the needs of stroke. Therefore, this research aims to develop self-evaluation tools that can measure self-stroke and its preference, and initially reveal the nature and value of selfstroke by clarifying the regulating effect of self-stroke and its influence on mental health. This research is divided into two parts. The first research is to compile the "College Student Self-Stroke Questionnaire" and "College Student Self-Stroke Preference Questionnaire" through interviews with 20 college students and the initial and formal testing of 422 college students. The questionnaires after the two tests have good reliability and validity and can be used to measure related concepts.Study 2 measured the variables of self-stroke,self-stroke preference, stroke type, and mental health among 226 college students to study the influence of various dimensions of self-stroke and self-stroke preference on mental health,we also study the moderating role of selfstroke in the path of others’ stroke that affects mental health. Finally, the research also extends self-stroke to an individual-centered level, divides the different types of selfstroke able people through Latent profile analysis, and compares the differences in the level of mental health of different types. The results show that the negative relaxation, positive relaxation and learning dimensions of self-stroke,as well as self-stroke preferences, all have predictive effects on mental health. The two dimensions of positive relaxation and learning of self-stroke can adjust the path of no stroke’s influence on mental health.Subjects can be divided into different types according to the various dimensions of self-stroke.Individuals with different types of self-stroke have differences in their mental health levels, which are active group>communication group>negative group. The research conclusions make up for the deficiencies of existing research and improve the stroke theory. And it has important practical value for the parenting style and the individual’s positive behavior change. |
