In recent years,the teaching of Chinese characters has developed considerably.But even so,there are still many problems in the basic part of Chinese characters learning for overseas students.Nowadays,the Chinese proficiency test in many countries adopts the computer-based test mode,and the paperless test makes the problem of Chinese character writing for overseas students in the primary stage particularly prominent,especially in the writing of Chinese character strokes and stroke order.Writing Chinese characters is one of the essential basic skills for Chinese learners,which runs through the whole process of Chinese learning.Chinese learners have a long-term and widespread problem of irregular writing of Chinese character strokes and stroke order in the process of Chinese character writing.This paper takes overseas students in the primary stage of the College of International Education of Lanzhou Jiaotong University as the research object,collects written materials such as classroom dictation and homework for online learning of overseas students within one semester as research corpus,and sorts out static error analysis Chinese characters that do not meet the specifications according to the relevant Chinese character specifications newly issued and implemented by the State Language Commission,including 313 stroke error analysis words and 23 stroke order error analysis characters.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of stroke and stroke order error analysis of overseas students through the examples of Chinese character error analysis,and divides them into seven different error analysis types: stroke increase,stroke decrease,confusion without paying attention to stroke shape change,confusion without noticing the relationship between strokes,stroke length,stroke too short and stroke misuse for statistics and analysis.At the same time,from three aspects: Chinese characters themselves,students and teaching,this paper deeply studies the causes of errors in strokes and strokes order of Chinese characters for foreign students,and summarizes three relatively feasible teaching strategies for strokes and strokes order of Chinese characters,namely,doing a good job in basic stroke teaching and establishing stroke consciousness;Improve the teaching of stroke order and reduce writing errors;Strengthen the font structure and improve the writing standard of Chinese characters,thus providing reference for the centralized teaching of Chinese characters’ strokes and strokes order.Aiming at the error analysis problem in the writing process of students,this paper summarizes the teaching experience and puts it into practice,and determines the teaching design of Chinese character strokes and stroke order suitable for overseas students in this class.From three aspects: before class,during class and after class,the centralized teaching of strokes and stroke order of overseas students in the primary stage of the College of International Education of Lanzhou Jiaotong University is designed,and the smooth progress of teaching is ensured to the greatest extent on the basis of understanding the teaching object,teaching content and environment.The teaching divides the teaching of strokes and stroke order into two lessons,and guides students to understand and master the structural elements of Chinese characters through explanation,demonstration,interaction and practice,so as to improve the teaching quality of Chinese character strokes and stroke order.In addition,the use of pictogram to introduce the origin of Chinese characters and the meaning of strokes can not only enhance the interest of overseas students in learning,but also reduce the difficulty of learning Chinese characters.It is hoped that through this intensive teaching,it can help overseas students in the primary stage of the School of International Education of Lanzhou Jiaotong University lay a good foundation for Chinese character writing,so that overseas students can understand and master every stroke and writing method of Chinese characters,and then correct the bad habits of writing stroke and stroke order.This is not only conducive to the subsequent learning of the components and combinations of difficult Chinese characters for overseas students,but also lays a good foundation for writing standardized and beautiful Chinese characters.
