"Translation And Fidelity": A Study On The Translation Efficiency Of Uyghur Texts In The Report Of The 19th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

As the Party’s political program,the Report of the 19 th National Congress has the characteristics of conveying the Party’s actions and guidance.With rigorous logic,careful thinking and careful sentences,the report not only objectively conveys national policies to the audience,but also makes it easy for readers to understand and accept.Therefore,as a text to convey national policies and depict national blueprints to readers,the report should be translated without distortion in order to convey the content of the report to readers.This paper is an empirical report based on the study of the translated text to find problems,put forward theories,and verify the problems.Taking the translation of the Report of the 19 th National Congress of China as the research object,this paper analyzes the translation principles,translation methods and translation skills used in the translation process,summarizes the translation rules,and puts forward the translation standards of "translation and fidelity" according to the translation phenomena found in the translation.Based on words,sentences and texts,the relevant implementation approaches of the translation standard of "Translate and Fidelity" are summarized,and the translation effect of the Report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is verified and commented."Translation" is the purpose of translation,"fidelity" is the requirement of translation,according to this standard can achieve translation content and form correspondence.The article is divided into three parts: preface,text and conclusion.The introduction briefly describes the value and purpose of this study,analyzes the development trend and current situation of this study,discusses the methods and approaches of this study,and clarifies the theoretical background and innovation of this study.The main body is divided into five chapters.The first chapter analyzes the language features,language art features,the language and structure of the Chinese version of the 19 th National Congress of China,and analyzes new words,ideas,The Nineteenth National Congress of China’s Young People and Text Persons report.The second chapter analyzes the principles of fidelity,fluency,consistency and particularity of the translation of the Report of the 19 th CPC National Congress.The translation methods include literal translation,free translation,interpretation and conversion,and the translation skills include addition of words,subtraction,substitution and extension.By analyzing the translation principles,methods and skills of Uyghur translation,this paper puts forward the translation standards of Uyghur translation.Third chapter to "translation turn and fidelity" essentials of translation tools for concrete analysis of the 19 big report d translation,three level on vocabulary,sentence,context as the breakthrough point,on the report of the abbreviations and terms of use,and the words to use translation analysis,summarizes the translation sentence translation often appear ellipsis,substitution,in sequence,This paper discusses contextual dependence and optimal relevance in contextual problems,and puts forward the implementation path of "translation and fidelity".The fourth chapter summarizes and evaluates the advantages of the Uyghur translation,including word fidelity,faithful style and appropriate style,and the shortcomings include mischeck of words,omission of words,mistranslation of words and improper deletion of words.The fifth chapter,based on the improper translation of the translation,puts forward the optimization measures from the following five aspects: understanding the sentence meaning,paying attention to cultural differences,strengthening the revision of the translation,considering the stylistic style,and enhancing the translator’s quality.The conclusion part summarizes the article,highlights the application and role of the translation standard of "translation and fidelity" in the translation,verifies the core viewpoints of this paper,and summarizes the inspiration of writing.This paper,based on text analysis,proposes the translation criteria of "translation and fidelity" and analyzes the examples in the Uygur version report,and concludes that the translation of political papers requires the rigor of the information conveyed and the authenticity of the translation content.
