English writing is one of the four basic skills in primary school English learning.It is an important part of the comprehensive language ability,the foundation of the comprehensive language ability,the ability to communicate with others in English,the necessary foundation for learning other subject knowledge and doing things in English.Writing skills are an indispensable part of the primary school stage,we should lay a solid foundation for language and develop listening,speaking and reading skills at the same time,develop writing skills.English writing is generally recognized as a difficulty in primary school.English is the third language of pupils taught in Mongolian.They may have more difficulties in English writing,which should be attached great importance.Based on the reality,this study uses questionnaire survey,interview survey,content analysis and other research methods to study the English writing errors of senior pupils in H Primary School,deeply analyzes the manifestations and causes of English writing errors of pupils taught in Mongolian,and tries to put forward countermeasures to reduce English Writing errors,so as to improve writing ability of pupils taught in Mongolian,it can also provide reference for front-line teachers.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction.It includes the proposal of the problem,the purpose and significance of the research,the related concepts and theories,the research situation at home and abroad,the research content and research methods.The second part is to analyze the performance of English writing errors of pupils taught in Mongolian by selecting the written English homework of senior pupils taught in Mongolian as the corpus.It includes the overall situation of English writing errors of senior pupils taught in Mongolian,the grade differences of English writing errors of senior pupils taught in Mongolian,and the case analysis of English writing errors of senior pupils taught in Mongolian,including ontological grammar errors,ontological errors and lexical errors.The third part is about the causes of English writing errors of pupils taught in Mongolian.This part summarizes the causes into three aspects: teachers,students and schools,among which teachers include:Teachers’ insufficient investment in writing teaching,teachers’ low academic literacy and relatively single evaluation of English writing.In terms of students,mother tongue and second language interfere with students’ writing ideas,students’ English vocabulary is insufficient,students’ English writing attitude is not serious and lack of good English writing habits.Schools include: shortage of English teachers and the lack of a good English language environment.In the fourth part,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the English writing errors of senior pupils taught in Mongolian: teachers stimulate students’ interest in English writing;strengthen English writing teaching guidance;guide students to accumulate writing materials;optimize writing evaluation;cultivate students to form good English writing ability Writing habits,creating a good English language environment and so on.
