| This paper mainly tells the story of how the worship family,as one of the Mongolian descendants,became a scattered lineage group in China through escape,adaptation and reconstruction under the change of dynasties.The Bai lineage organization living in Baijia village,Guanchi town,Dali county,Weinan city,Shaanxi province,is a lineage organization formed after the replacement of the yuan dynasty,the village has been oral spread of their ancestors in the yuan dynasty "mongols",the clansmen proudly recognized themselves as the descendants of the "baijia prime minister".Their legal identity is all Han ethnic group.In addition to the four old genealogy books,the villagers also keep about 20 painting scrolls passed down by their families.According to several versions of the official local Chronicles,the Bai family names of Baijia village are all descendants of Mongolian ethnic group.This paper discusses the Bai lineage organization as a dispersed lineage group in many aspects,such as the actual condition of the old town of Baijia village,the internal portal structure of the Bai lineage in the village and the external regional social relations,the influence of war on the lineage group,the activities of searching for relatives and identifying clans,and the courtesy to the Bai lineage in the past dynasties.Field investigation and research show that single lineage group may take the forms of national migration,natural migration or peradventure after dynasty change to form a Friedman’s perspective of dispersal lineage.Under the influence of war,immigration,migrant workers and other external forces,the original regional lineage group of the Bai lineage was continuously dispersed and developed,and finally formed a Bai lineage with strong ancestral identity.Oral legend,worship cemetery,ancestral hall,genealogy and shadow axis are the basis for rural elites to carry out cultural reconstruction actions,namely reprinting old genealogy,compiling new modern genealogy,searching relatives and research,establishing national We Chat group and participating in academic exchanges.The moral charm of the ancestors is of key value for the operation and reconstruction of the lineage.With the help of the seventh ancestral worship,the lineage is included into the official worship worship by the state,and the lineage and the state are mutually identified.However,in the rural world,how to internalize the moral charm of the ancestors,how to strategically integrate with the socialist core values advocated by the contemporary society,and how to emphasize the sharing point between the small tradition and the current big tradition are the directions that the worshiper should focus on. |
