Writing is the most important communication tool for mankind,and it is also an extension of language.The writing system is a combination of meaning,pronunciation,and symbols.As one of the elements of the writing system,it is necessary to study the process of its development and evolution.This article focuses on the Uighur-style Mongolian unearthed documents from the 13 th to the 14 th centuries.On the basis of the documents that have been interpreted,it analyzes the text symbols and their writing forms in the documents,and finds out the Uyghur styles in the documents.The Mongolian character table,and the systematic comparison of the characters,obtained the characteristics of the two writing forms with the direct ligation of characters as the core and the center line of the text in the development and evolution of Uighur Mongolian,and the development process was deduced..In addition to the analysis of the form of the evolution of text symbols,the possibility of writing variants and the qualitative changes in the written form caused by the different groups in the process of text evolution was explained,and the results obtained in these On the basis of the results,the framework for the evolution of written symbols in the 13th-14 th century was constructed.This article is composed of five parts: The first part is the introduction,which includes the reason and significance of the topic,and the current situation of domestic and foreign research on Uighur Mongolian literature and characters,the research purpose and methods of this article,and the application used in the article.An overview of the research materials and other aspects,and at the end an explanation of the phonetic transcription symbols and character transcription symbols used in this article.The second part gives an overview of the origin of Uighur Mongolian script and a general description of the Uighur Mongolian literature used in this article.In the first section,the concept of writing and the general situation of Uighur Mongolian are introduced.The second section gives a more detailed introduction to the Uighur Mongolian documents used in the 13-14 th century.The third part is mainly the analysis and research of the character table and various phenomena in the characters after the analysis of the characters in the Uighur Mongolian literature.The first section is a comparative analysis of the characters in the inscription literature,the second section is a comparative analysis of the characters in the engraved documents,and the third section is the comparative analysis of the characters in the manuscript documents.The fourth part is the analysis part of the evolution of text symbols.In the first section,the evolution of the Uighur Mongolian characters in the Mongolian Yuan Dynasty is deduced and described.The second section analyzes the characteristics of the evolution of Uighur Mongolian characters in the Mongolian and Yuan dynasties,and expounds the general framework of the evolution.The fifth part is a summary part based on the results of this study,and summarizes the research conclusions drawn in this study.
