According to the classification of family trees in linguistics , Lop dialect in Uigur and Oirad dialect in Mongolian all belong to Altai ,but different branches---Turk and Mongolian ,in which there are many words that are the same or similar to each other. If distinguishing the cognates and borrowed words on these languages , family relationships of all the languages in Altai are involved . In the article ,the author compare the words which have the same or similar pronunciation and meaning in Lop dialect ---YuLi, MiRuo , and Oirad dialect ---Torgud ,and find out the common ancestral words and borrowed words in these two dialects .The thesis is made up of three parts : introduction ,body and ending.In the introduction , the reason of choosing the subject , national and international study of lexical comparison in Turk and Mongolian(including the state ,the method ,the material ,the aim and the meaning of study) are covered .The body is divided into two parts .In the first part, the Mongolian borrowed words in YuLi, MiRuo and the Uigur borrowed words in Torgud . At the same time , the early contact between Mongolian and Turk is mentioned . In the second part ,by comparing historically, the common ancestral words in YuLi, MiRuo and Torgud are established ; and by comparing the meanings , the relationships and evolution regularities of the word meaning of the common ancestral words in the two dialects are induced.In the ending , the method of statistics is employed ,which sums up the words compared in YuLi , MiRuo and Torgud ; and the idea of the author is put forward .That is , the common ancestral words in these two dialects came from the same ancestor in ancient time , and the borrowed words between them came into being because people who speak the dialects lived close to each other for a long time and the dialects influence each other.
