the foundation of the rule of virtue,strengthen villagers’ autonomy,and strengthen the rule of law,but also pay attention to the governance of rural ecological environment and build a beautiful and livable rural environment.At the same time,innovative rural governance methods must also be good at learning from excellent traditional culture.As an important historical and cultural heritage,stele inscriptions integrate art,literature,and history,and integrate applicability and appreciation.They are the most common cultural carrier and cultural form,condensing the wisdom of the ancestors,and have important cultural value,historical data value and academic value,which contains rich social information and rural governance ideas.Hezhou,located on the Xiaohe Ancient Road,retains a large number of historical and cultural remains of inscriptions,and has made important contributions to the inheritance of local multi-ethnic folk culture,historical changes,and social development and changes.It is an important carrier of local historical culture and folk culture.Based on the Qing dynasty to the period of the Republic of China Hezhou stone inscription as the research sample,based on the theory of rural governance and good governance theory,using literature method,fieldwork method and expert interview method,the stone inscription study types,characteristics,basic content,and then explore the inscriptions culture resources in rural governance concept,analysis the stone culture and the internal relations of rural governance,To further explore the contemporary value and practical enlightenment of the concept of rural governance in the culture of tablet inscriptions,provide ideas and inspirations for solving the difficulties faced by the current rural governance in Hezhou City,and provide wisdom and reference for improving the ability of rural governance and improving the rural governance system.First of all,the literature was systematically reviewed in terms of the value and function of tablet inscription culture,the relationship between traditional culture and rural governance,tablet inscription culture and rural governance,and the study of tablet inscription culture in Hezhou City,etc.,and the research methods and contents,core concepts and basic theories were introduced.Secondly,it analyzes the general situation,characteristics,content and cultural characteristics of ancestral temple,wide range of contents,strong operability and pertinence,and distinctive regional and ethnic characteristics.From the point of view of content,it can be
