The Protection And Tourism Development Research Of Three Lanes And Seven Alleys Historical And Cultural Block In Fuzhou

Historical and cultural blocks have distinct regional characteristics and carry the development history of the city.It is a precious cultural heritage.However,the construction and development of modern cities often ignore the protection of historic and cultural districts.It includes the damages caused by real estate development,losses caused by the construction of municipal infrastructure and the impact of tourism development.How to protect and take advantages of historic and cultural districts is the social problems which must be carefully solved by contemporary people.Foreign countries introduced the concept of historical and cultural block protection from the1960 s.France,Britain,Italy and other countries paid great attentions to the protection of historical and cultural blocks,and gained many achievements and experiences in conservation practice,which provided useful reference for the international community.China’s protection of historical and cultural blocks was proposed in the mid-1980 s.With the in-depth implementation of the protection of historical and cultural cities,the protection of historical and cultural blocks has been paid more and more attention by the academic circles of the administrative departments of cultural relics of governments.Our country carried the useful exploration of the protection and tourism development of historical and cultural districts in recent years and made a lot of achievements.However,the problems still remain and more effective protection and development strategies need to be explored.Therefore,this paper combines the reality of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys of Fuzhou historical and cultural block to further explore the protection and tourism development of historical and cultural blocks.This research mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method.By collecting,sorting,reading and analyzing relevant literature at home and abroad,it lays a theoretical foundation for the research on the protection and tourism development of the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys historical and cultural blocks.Through questionnaires and interviews,the paper has an in-depth understanding of the history and resources,protection and tourism development status quo and existing problems of the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys block,and to obtain the relevant information and data statistical analysis and processing,for the paper empirical research to provide a basis.Through on-the-spot tracking and observation to obtain new information and discover problems,expand understanding,and enrich evidence materials,and form the dynamic research.The combination of various research methods can effectively promote the research work.Three Lanes and Seven Alleys have a long history and rich cultural heritage,which is the symbol of the historical development of Fuzhou.She has many reputation such as,the Ming and Qing Dynasties Architecture Museum,a Three Lane Seven Alleys is half of China’s modern history.It has unique cultural deposits and important historical value.To protect Three Lanes and Seven Alleys is to preserve the foundation and soul of the historical development of Fuzhou.Reasonable tourism development is an effective measure to enhance the vitality of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys and also an effective way to enhance the cultural influence of Fuzhou.The protection and tourism development of the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys have important realistic and far-reaching historical significance.This paper goes into the countermeasures on protection and tourism development of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys on the basis of the comprehensive analysis on the protection theory and tourism management theory of historical and cultural blocks at home and abroad and the field investigation of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys historical and cultural blocks.Firstly,it analyzes the development history resource composition and its important value of sanfangqixiang historical and cultural block,and lay special emphasis on the important influence and rich cultural heritage resources in modern Chinese thought,modern navy and modern industry.Then,it investigates and analyzes the status quo and existing problems of protection and tourism development of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys.The analysis points that Three Lanes and Seven Alleys once suffered from the demolition of urban road expansion,the impact of real estate development,and the destruction of lack of management and maintenance.And now the protection management mechanism is still missing,the protection of the block style lacks ancient rhyme,some ancient buildings lost their historical authenticity after renovation,insufficient attention has been paid to the protection of traditional life styles,and the protection of intangible cultural heritage lacks depth.There are still defects in the systematicness and wholeness of tourism development.Next,it studies the principles,methods and measures for the protection and tourism development of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys.Finally,this article carries on the abstraction and the summary to the viewpoint.In the protection of historical and cultural blocks,it puts forward protection ideas about the characteristics of large scale,numerous cultural relics protection units.Firstly,put forward the idea to adhere the protection of the government-led,residents participation,entity operation,progressive improvement.Stick to the right way of protectional thoughts,conducive to the implementation of the protection policy of historical and cultural districts,and the steady progress of the protection of historical and cultural blocks,and raise the awareness of protecting the cultural heritage of the residents.Secondly,put forward block overall protection model and building classification protection model.It adopts the overall protection model of small scale and gradual partitioning block.This model of protection can carefully designe and constructe of each block to facilitate the operation of demolition and reconstruction projects.It is beneficial to the preservation of the texture of the block of historic buildings,and also conducive to the circulation of renovation funds.The protection of block buildings adopted functional models of Classification,Classification,protection,and Diversity to repair and renovate the block.We implement classified protection at different levels to promote the more effective protection,to preserve precious historical relics and to carry forward the historical context.We have diversified functions to promote the dynamic development of the block.Thirdly,put forward a series of protection measures according to the actual situation of the and historical materials,active protect the intangible cultural heritage,retain the original residents,and preserve the traditional style of the commercial market.In the historical and cultural district tourism development,it aims at characteristics of rich resources of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys cultural heritage to put forward that the tourism development of cultural heritage-type historic district should be based on the protection of cultural heritage,and embrace the cultural main line of block development tourism products,and deal with the relationship between tourism development and cultural heritage protection to protect positive interaction between tourism development and cultural heritage.First,it is proposed that the tourism development of the cultural heritage historic district should adopt the non-enterprise management mode and unify the management right and management right with the heritage management unit.In other words,the mode of unified management and development should be implemented to effectively coordinate the allocation and protection of resources under the leadership of the government.Second,it is proposed that the development of tourism products in Three Lanes and Seven Alleys should highlight the local folk customs of the intangible cultural heritage of historical celebrities in the ancient buildings of The Ming and Qing Dynasties and reflect the local characteristics.Third,it proposes to develop tourism products with deep experience to meet the needs of tourists for tourism experience.Fourth,the paper puts forward that attention should be paid to the construction of tourism product structure system,and the layout of important products and supporting products of brand products should be formed,so as to improve the attraction and market competitiveness of block tourism.Fifth,it puts forward the idea of developing nightfall tourism and connecting the neighboring blocks to push the tourism quality routes,so as to expand the tourism market.In a word,through theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper expounds a series of countermeasures for the protection and tourism development of historical and cultural blocks to provide suggestions and theoretical support for promoting the effective protection of historical and cultural districts and the sustainable development of tourism.The research results have great practical guiding significance and reference value for the effective protection and cultural inheritance of the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys blocks,as well as the sustainable utilization of resources and the sustainable development of tourism.
