With the occurrence and normalization of COVID-19,the tourism industry has entered an unstable period of "epidemic coexistence".As the most representative occupation in the tourism industry,tour guides are also affected by many negative effects.Therefore,this study explores the employment of tour guides’ sense of employability through the literature review and network survey from the perspective of human resources.influence.In this study,400 tour guides participant from all over the country were tested by using the Internet questionnaire from the sender.The scale of perceived inferiority at work,the Chinese localization scale of transactional psychological capital,the Chinese translation version of supervisor support scale and the employability scale were used to analyze the relationship among perceived inferiority at work,psychological capital,supervisor support and employability The results are as follows:(1)The sense of inferiority in tour guide’s work has a negative impact on employability.(2)Psychological capital plays a mediating role in the influence of job inferiority on employability.(3)Supervisor support moderates the mediating path in the model.Finally,through the analysis and summary of the conclusion,it puts forward reasonable suggestions in many aspects.For example,we should strengthen the psychological construction of tour guides at the individual level,improve the human resource system at the organizational level,and change the social stereotype of tour guides through school education at the social level. |
