In this study,data were collected by means of self-perceived employability scale,job insecurity scale and employee well-being scale,437 valid data were recovered.SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 software were applied for data analysis to explore the relationship among self-perceived employability,job insecurity and psychological well-being.The main results were as the following:(1)Self-perceived employability,job insecurity,psychological well-being were significantly different between the two demographic variables of gender and seniority.(2)There is a significant correlation between self-perceived employability and insecurity of job loss,insecurity of excessive competition.Among them,there is a positive correlation between self-perceived internal employability and insecurity of job loss;self-perceived external employability is negatively correlated with insecurity of job loss and insecurity of excessive competition.(3)There is a significant correlation between job insecurity and psychological well-being.Among them,there is a negative correlation between insecurity of job loss and environmental mastery,personal growth,positive relations,purpose in life and self-acceptance;negative correlations between insecurity of job execution and self-acceptance;negative correlation between insecurity of excessive competition and autonomy,personal growth,positive relations,purpose in life and self-acceptance.(4)There is a significant correlation between self-perceived employability and personal growth,positive relations.Among them,there is a negative correlation between self-perceived internal employability and personal growth;there is a positive correlation between self-perceived external employability and personal growth,positive relations.(5)The insecurity of job execution moderated the relationship between self-perceived external employability and employee personal growth.
