In the 21st century, human resource has become the core competence force between the competitions of the enterprises. Enterprises’managers also have been aware of the issue, so they have to reconsider how to change the management strategies and Human resource management to improve the core competence. And under the fierce competition circumstances, employees’career success is one of the vital problems, which is the most important objectives for the employees themselves.Many factors contribute to the success of employees’career. This paper focuses on the relations of factors including Perceived Psychological Capital, Organizational Support and Career Success. The research on Perceived Psychological Capital can date back to over 20 years ago. The researchers haven’t come to an agreement on the concept and measurement of Perceived Psychological Capital. However, the most popular concept is proposed by Luthans, which contains confidence, hope, resilience and optimism. In 1986, Eisenberger and other researchers came up with the concept of Organizational Support, who defined the concept as:the organizations value its’ employees’contribution and care their happiness. Career Success has been through a lot research, and the main point contains subjective and objective success.Although, three factor mentioned above have been researched for a certain period, there is almost no one combine them in one research. What kind of relations is it among the three variables? Therefore, this paper aims to get the conclusions via hypothesis about combination of three variables together and carrying out the experiment.Three verified scales are used in this research, which is proved very reliable and valid. The samples are from Hi-tech Medical Device companies in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing and Suzhou. They function as Management, R&D, Manufacture, Sales and Marketing, Administration and Human Resource Management, Accounting and other categories. There are 212 persons involved in the questionnaire survey. The hypothesis about Perceived Psychological Capital, Organizational Support and Career Success are as follow:H1:Employees’ from Hi-tech enterprises Organizational Support has positive impact on their Career Success;H2:Employees’ from Hi-tech enterprises Organizational Support has positive impact on their Perceived Psychological Capital;H3:Employees’from Hi-tech enterprises Perceived Psychological Capital has positive impact on their Career Success;H4:Employees’from Hi-tech enterprises Perceived Psychological Capital has intervening impact between Organizational Support and Career Success.The research indicates that the questionnaires used in the investigation have great reliability and validation. Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis, the hypothesis on three factors is correct.In a word, the result of the research, to some extent, is meaningful for the management. That means organizations should pay attention on employees’ success, which will push the sustainable development of them both.
