The Archetypal Study Of Earth Mother In Chinese Northeast Novels In The New Century

Since the new century,the process of modernization of Chinese society has intensified,and all kinds of discourse trends of thought have swept through the juxtaposition.In this complicated cultural context,the northeast writers in the new century consciously adhere to the folk cultural stand,accept the nourishment of folk literature,and seek innovation in inheriting the literary tradition,so that the novel creation presents a pluralistic and open artistic flow in the aspects of subject matter,genre,narration,aesthetics and so on,shows the historical reality description with rich regional characteristics,and expresses the universal value concern of human beings from the perspective of the global culture.However,compared with the prosperity of creation,the relevant theoretical criticism lags behind,the academic circles still lack of overall research on the group of writers in Northeast China as a literary community,and the proposal to reconstruct the group of writers in Northeast China is still not recognized and constructed.how to connect the Northeast writers in the new century from aesthetic,cultural,psychological and other levels and cover most writers is the key to the problem.Therefore,this paper introduces folk theme archetypal criticism to realize the integration of Northeast novels in the new century from the perspective of folk.This paper adopts the perspective of folk perspective,synthesizes the multi-disciplinary method and the text careful reading,unifies the historical tradition,the times context and the literary ecology change,bases on the northeast novel’s archetypal characteristics and the regional cultural spirit of the new century,starts from the literary activity idea to realize the folk literature and the writer literature exchange.In the new century,Northeast novels show rich and pluralistic narrative directions when replicating the theme archetypes of the earth mother,and creatively reconstruct them under the pulse of the development of the times,respectively,from three aspects: the sacred contractual relationship between the earth mother and the son of the earth,the mythological isomorphism of the earth and the woman,and the divine connection between the son of man and the son of God.In the new century,the Northeast novel reproduces the stable ideological connotation of the theme prototype of “Mother-son of the Land”,and endows the theme prototype with a new narrative direction and practical significance.This transformation in the deep sense shows the spiritual course of the people of Northeast China from the confusion of seeking root,to the anxiety of losing root,and even to re-exploring the root of culture.
