| The rise of the street-stall economy has eased employment pressure,promoted economic development,and provided development channels for small economies.However,its development is immature and there are some inconsistencies with urban management.The traditional dirty,messy and poor model is no longer suitable for the requirements of current social development,which has frustrated the image of urban development.In order to change the original embarrassing situation,the government must actively guide and have scientific planning.The vendors must build clean stalls,ensure the sanitation of food,and create a beautiful and distinctive image,and work together for the construction of a beautiful city in a harmonious society.Through the street-stall economy,use these pyrotechnics to show the temperature of the city,attract more tourists to experience tourism,and then drive economic development.Therefore,local snacks should develop a variety of sales models,spread the development of local characteristics through the boom of the stall economy.However,the current food stalls have a single shape and no aesthetics,and because of the weak brand awareness of selfemployed,they can not play a big role in the promotion of snacks.Therefore,the brand image of local food stalls is essential.This article focuses on the local snack Lijin Pan-Fried Buns as a starting point to investigate and analyze its visual image,carry out brand image design and planning,and enhance the image recognition of the Pan-Fried Buns."Lijin Pan-Fried Buns" has been circulating for more than 100 years and is quite popular among locals.However,because most of the operators are micro and small economies,they have not formed a clear brand visual image,and there are deficiencies in the external market promotion,and the communication is greatly restricted.The stalls have a large flow of people and fast information exchange,which is a good way for product promotion.It is hoped that through shaping the brand image of "Lijin Pan-Fried Buns",highlight the local characteristics of Pan-Fried Buns,establish a branding path,and promote the development of local characteristic food culture. |
