In recent years,China’s cultural industry has always maintained rapid growth,and cultural IP,as a phenomenon representative of the current cultural market,has been highly concerned by the industry.With the strengthening of the influence of kumamoto and other local cultural IP,more and more local governments at home and abroad have realized the value and role behind the image of local cultural IP,and have strengthened the investment and development in this aspect.However,due to the increasing demand of consumers for local cultural IP,it is necessary to construct a reproducible construction model and system that can be recognized by the public if local cultural IP image wants to develop in the fast changing cultural market for a long time.Based on the research of local brand building mode,this paper explored the design method and operation strategy of local cultural IP image under local brand building mode by focusing on the content characteristics and connections among local brand,local cultural IP,digital marketing and other links,and combined with several project cases for detailed verification and analysis.This paper mainly consists of four parts:first,through the analysis of the current situation of local cultural IP and comparative study of domestic and foreign cases,the advantages and effects of local cultural IP construction in the current situation and potential shortcomings;Second,in view of the method problem of how to create local cultural IP under the existing local brand building mode,relevant design methods and systems are proposed to construct,and the image design and system content of local cultural IP are improved through the design method principle,design system and design path.It provides feasible ideas for building IP image system of local culture and improving connotation of brand value of local culture.Third,it puts forward relevant strategies for the branding operation of local cultural IP,and expounds them through business model building,branding communication,local cultural IP marketing and other ways.The fourth is to combine the research path with actual cases,to explore the experimental effect of a number of different content of the case,and summarize and analyze the practice.Through the research of this paper,most of the original focus on IP image design is extended to the construction of local cultural IP construction mode,and the research on the construction and practice of local cultural IP under the local brand construction mode is carried out to improve the value of local brand and form a cultural closed loop.
