The Dissemination Of The History Of Chinese Literary Criticism

The history of Chinese literary criticism is a collection of the thousand-year precious of Chinese traditional academic culture.Its works are not only the vein of ancient literary theory,but also the highly concentrated of Chinese excellent culture,Chinese temperament and artistic spirit.As the unique and outstanding culture,it is in a state of“losing its voice” in the communication of literary theory with the world.Teachers of Chinese as a foreign language who needs the professional knowledge and skill,carries a heavy burden of responsibility to spreading Chinese excellent culture to the world,such as Chinese literary theory.Therefore,it is an important part of Chinese international education to disseminate the ancient Chinese literary theory.The dissemination of Chinese literary theory can stimulate students’ interest in learning Chinese literature and culture,and enable them to explore deeper and more comprehensive learning.Undoubtedly,Chinese teachers will be transformed from simple text teaching to systematic culture teaching,forming a complete system of Chinese culture teaching.Only in this way can we achieve the sustainable development of the international promotion of Chinese.However,the systematic academic history of ancient Chinese literary criticism has not been studied abroad enough and even neglected in overseas studies.For this reason,this article will base on the work of The History of Ancient Chinese Literary Criticism published by Peking University to analyze the basic framework of the history of Chinese literary criticism,as well as the academic features,literary concepts and so on.From the perspective of the international promotion of Chinese,it analyzes the English translation of the core words of literary theory,and proposes a practical,comprehensive and feasible strategy for the external dissemination of Chinese literary criticism.It is aiming to open a cultural window for all over the world and reduce cross-culturalism and prejudice about the ancient Chinese literature criticism and finally promote the spread and influence of Chinese culture in the world.This article is divided into five section.The introduction discusses the importance of the dissemination of ancient Chinese literary theory,present the research status and background of the history of ancient Chinese literary criticism.What is more,it also points out the dissemination of The History of Ancient Chinese Literary Criticism published by Peking University.The chapter one is to analyze the author’scope of the ancient literary theory,explores the features of his works about the history of Chinese Literary Criticism.The second chapter will discuss the problems encountered in the culture translation of the current,and the value of the dissemination of the history of literary criticism.And then according to the context,it will select some terms to translate into English,such as “Xujing”,“Yijing”,“Shilu”,“Wen”,“Zhi”,“Hanxu”.The third chapter will give advice on how to broadcast the ancient Chinese literary criticism,and mainly puts forward corresponding suggestions for Chinese teaching.The fourth chapter will devise the teaching plan according to the terms of literary theory.Hopefully,it can make an attempt to spread the ancient Chinese literary theory from a practical perspective and to provide some thought.
