| Nowadays,China’s network literature has reached the early stage of industrialization.In 2015,the fever of IP(Intellectual Property)adaptation of network literature made the huge commercial value of network literature exposed to capital market.Many television enterprises began to stock up network literature copyrights in order to win in the field of film adaptation.Network literature companies such as IReader Technology,COL Digital Publishing Group,and China Literature have been listed in succession,all attempting to build up an ecological industry chain of pan-entertainment,which regards IP as the core.However,in recent years,large investments in IP-adapted film and TV dramas confronted defeat,so the capital market has begun to change its blind investment behavior,and slowly explore refined all copyright operation of network literature IP.First of all,this article reviews the history of network literature industry and related research literature,and decides to apply Porter’s value chain theory to analyze the impact of all copyright operation mode of network literature IP on financial performance.Secondly,through the analysis of the competitive position in the network literature industry,this article selects the established enterprise-China Literature as the case study object.China Literature has been actively seeking ways to build its IP ecosystem to maximize the commercial value of its network literature products.Therefore,with a comparative analysis to industry data and other listed companies,this article analyzes all copyright operation mode of China Literature,which clarifies its competitive advantage.At the same time,this article concludes some problems of IP operation-high cost of IP cultivation,low degree of fan economic exploration,and long payment period of IP adaptatipn.Finally,in response to the IP development dilemma,this article proposes to optimize the author support system,aim at IP marketing positioning,improve antiPerformance——A Case Study Based On China Literature theft technology,build a fan interaction matrix,strengthen cooperation with downstream industries,and improve the adaptation evaluation system.The article contributes in three main aspects: first,this article supplements the research scope of Porter’s value chain theory in the new era and new industry;then,this article explores the construction of the IP all copyright operation in the whole industry and takes the China Literature as an example for others to reveal how to operate network literature IP;last,this article provides some suggestions for the integration and prosperity of pan-entertainment industry.The flaw of this article is that the research data is based on a wide range of Internet research reports.The selected listed companies are young and data are insufficient to some degree.The conclusions drawn from a single case study may be biased and cannot be applied to every company in practice. |
