A Preliminary Study Of Piano Collaboration In Opera Rehearsal

Based on the opera rehearsal that the author has experienced and the fragments of the representative Chinese opera "Savage land" in the world opera,this paper discusses the position of piano collaboration in the comprehensive art of opera and how to effectively convey the purpose of symphonic thinking by exploring the symphonic meaning contained in the piano vocal score.It involves the understanding of opera genre,the basic characteristics of piano vocal score,and various problems in the process of opera rehearsal as a practical link of piano collaboration.Combined with personal work practice in recent years,this paper explains the related problems and tries to put forward some constructive opinions.
