After China’s opening up policy to the rest of the world right after 1978,the number of English-Chinese translation works increased dramatically,mainly including literary translation.Translation is a bridge between the culture of the source language and the culture of the target language.As feminism is a very popular ideology in the West,it is inevitable for EnglishChinese translation works to include the ideology of feminism.This paper mainly focuses on the contributions of feminism in China through English-Chinese literary translation.The paper discusses the reflections under two main titles that are new point of view including enlargement of vision and adapting to the West and awareness and change in family life including awareness,creativity and new vision in family life in marriage.As mentioned in the paper,although there is negative reflections as well,the negative results are turned into positive ones.Based on the research question and qualitative methodology,it is concluded that China enjoys the global perspectives in literature thanks to enlarging of vision and having a new point of view and becomes more aware of women rights and women’s capacity to lead their own lives.
