Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous increase of the elderly population in China,the state has put forward a large number of policies to deal with the aging population,and vigorously organized the development of education for the elderly,which has been included in the overall planning of China’s economic development,so as to further realize the sustainable development of the cause of the elderly.The concept of cultural endowment not only responds to social needs,but also promotes the development of active aging.The elderly achieve the purpose of promoting physical health and maintaining vitality through learning and activities.As a sports project combining sports and art,sports dance combines fitness,entertainment and sociability,which can promote the development of education for the elderly with high quality.By systematically studying the teaching content of sports dance for the elderly and combining the physical and mental development rules of the elderly,this study selects the matching teaching content to construct the basic teaching content system of sports dance for the elderly,so as to provide teaching reference for the basic teaching of sports dance for the elderly in universities.In this paper,the basic teaching content of sports dance in universities for the elderly is taken as the research object,and the elderly students who participate in sports dance courses in universities for the elderly are taken as the investigation object.Through the research of literature,interview,questionnaire,Delphi and data statistics,and with the help of "dance training science","teaching theory",the rules of physical and mental development of the elderly and experts’ suggestions,the basic teaching content system of sports dance for the elderly in university is constructed.Conclusion:1.The current status of sports dance learning for the elderly in universities is as follows: Most of the students are between 60 and 70 years old and female students account for 60.4%.In terms of education level,23% of the students have high school education,34% of the students have college education,and 25% of the students have bachelor degree or above.The main source of income of the students is pension.65% of the students are in small classes with fewer than 20 students.70% of the students are beginners,and the purpose of participating in the Dance sport course is to exercise,kill free time and enhance sociability,accounting for about 3/4 of the total students;91% of the students do exercise for 30-60 minutes each time,63% of the students do exercise2-3 times a week;70% of the students usually get the information of Dance Sport mainly through the Internet and the exchange of teachers and students.2.At present,the learning needs of senior college dance sport students are as follows:(1)strengthen the study of music rhythm,basic footwork and combination;(2)Strengthen the teaching content of waltz,tango,rumba and cha-cha-cha;(3)in the classroom teaching methods,more detailed explanation and demonstration,personal guidance and action correction;(4)In terms of teaching content,theory should be combined with practice.3.The basic teaching content system of sports dance for the elderly should be constructed in accordance with the rules of physical and mental development of the elderly group,the artistic style of sports dance and the logic of dance teaching.4.The basic teaching contents of sports dance in senior universities follow the principles of safety,science,fitness,foundation and systemic.The organization and arrangement of teaching content choose two kinds: linear type and spiral type.5.The teaching content system mainly includes the teaching of music technology and the teaching of theory.In the teaching of theory,the teaching is carried out from three aspects: the types and characteristics of dance,the appreciation of music style and the discrimination of music beat.Through the comparison of the characteristics of the ten kinds of sports dance and the grasp of music can help students to overcome the difficulties in music.In the aspect of technical teaching,we choose the waltz of modern dance,the tango of modern dance and the rumba of Latin dance,the cha-cha-cha of Latin dance four dances for teaching.Technical teaching consists of body posture,basic technical movements and basic combination.Body posture is mainly to learn the standing posture and hand position;Basic technical movements are further learning on the basis of basic elements.Here,there are just 9 basic movements for cha-cha-cha,10 basic movements for rumba,9 basic movements for waltz,and 8 basic movements for tango.The basic combination includes the basic step combination,the required grade test combination.6.Study on the Feasibility and Operability of basic Teaching Contents of sports Dance in senior college.The feasibility and operability of the basic teaching content of sports dance for the elderly are studied through the methods of students’ self-evaluation,teachers’ evaluation and physical quality assessment.The results show that most of the elderly students can accept and master the teaching contents,and at the same time promote the physical and mental health development of the elderly and enrich their lives.Most of the teachers think that the design and practice of the teaching content is suitable for the elderly group,and the teaching content is more systematic,which is convenient for teachers to reference teaching.Through the physical quality test,it is concluded that the learning of the basic teaching content of college sports dance for the elderly has obvious promoting effect on the four aspects of vital capacity,grip strength,sitting position forward flexion and standing on one leg with eyes closed.
