In the history of human evolution,language symbols are tools for social information exchange.Chinese characters in china have a history of several hundred years.While being used in interpersonal communication,they are constantly developing,evolving,changing,and innovating the characteristics of characters in Chinese and the significance of cultural communication.Under current China’s social,economic,and technological innovation strengths,information exchanges and communication are becoming more extensive,and brand design and image communication are expanding.The application of Chinese characters plays an increasingly important role in improving the timeliness of social information exchanges and promoting international credibility.Research Content,this thesis is positioned on the topic of Chinese characters "Use of seal script symbols in brand image design",strives to explore the information characteristics of Chinese seal script symbols through the combination of "intangible heritage + cultural creation",and seek innovative design perspectives.Moreover,to grasp the innovative principles of traditional Chinese symbols and the contemporary visual communication methods,verify the transmission form of "what" and the transmission effect of "how".What’s more,exploring how seal script symbols can be better used in cultural and creative industries to improve people’s understand of the information’s meaning which conveyed by the image of Chinese brands,to express the meaning with the shape and translate the spirit with the image.While maintaining the cultural aesthetic characteristics of Chinese characters,it can be better inherited and innovated,combined with market development,and coordinated with social communication,to enhance the academic significance of this research.Research Purpose,this thesis is based on the research perspective of information visualization to integrate the application research and theoretical exploration of the visual cognition,imagery,and culture of seal script symbols in brand image design.This process explores the design and creation methods that the past serves the present,emphasizes the inheritance and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage and enhances the pursuit of modern design for traditional Chinese culture.Research conclusion,this thesis is the use of seal script symbols in brand image design.It is a form creation based on seal script visual symbols.It will gradually get rid of the complex visual configuration features of previous seal scripts and move closer to the aesthetics of the modern design.The updated Chinese traditional cultural connotation reflects the inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the modern social brand image,and then brings positive thinking and innovative meaning to the brand image design method and communication method.
