Culture Of The Public Cultural Service System In Hebei Province From The Pension Construction Research

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has drawn a grand blueprint for the development of China’s undertakings for the aged and the industry,and proposed to consciously integrate the work on the aged into the overall strategic situation of the Party and the country,and build a policy system and social environment for supporting the aged,filial piety and respect for the elderly,which has pointed out the direction for the undertakings for the aged with Chinese characteristics in the new era.How to properly solve the social problems caused by aging and better meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the large number of elderly population is not only related to the overall development of the country and social well-being,but also has important practical significance for ensuring and improving people’s livelihood and enhancing the sense of gain and happiness of the elderly.This paper analyzes the construction status of public cultural service system for the elderly from four aspects of cultural supply side policy system,cultural facilities,fund supply and talent construction.Meantime,combined with the typical investigation of cultural institutions,the current characteristics of public cultural service supply for the elderly are obtained.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the elderly with "public cultural services + cultural endowment " as the main content,and the survey results were analyzed with the method of equality assignment,so as to obtain the overall evaluation and actual needs for public cultural services.Then,based on a variety of contradictions caused by the mismatch of supply and demand,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the construction of public cultural services for the elderly and uses the SWOT analysis method to deeply analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by the development of public cultural services.Finally,it puts forward the optimization strategy of public cultural service system construction.Figure 39;Table 9;Reference 53...
