| The COVID-19 has made online teaching and learning the norm,and the rapid development of online Chinese language courses has brought new opportunities and challenges to international Chinese language education,and has led to the rapid development of online Chinese language teaching resources.With the growing demand for online resources from Chinese language learners,the use of online teaching resources and their use in teaching is a new requirement for international Chinese language teachers in the new era.As a reserve of international Chinese teachers,the effective use of online teaching resources has become a necessary skill for pre-service Chinese teachers.In this paper,we surveyed and analysed the attitudes and basic conditions of pre-service international Chinese teachers using online teaching resources in more than 50 universities across China through questionnaires and interviews.The survey covered the following aspects:awareness and attitude,relevant courses and training,ability to use online teaching resources,the main difficulties faced when using them,and analysis of the demand for online teaching resources.Through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews,we found that pre-service international Chinese teachers have a clear understanding of online teaching resources,and the use of online teaching resources has become part of pre-service international Chinese teachers’ work;their ability to use online teaching resources is at an overall medium level;the most used are teaching courseware,audio and video materials and pictures.In addition,through the questionnaire survey and interviews,we also found some problems,mainly:insufficient training about the use of online teaching resources;respondents do not know enough about the online resource platform;the content presentation part uses more online teaching resources,and the test assessment part pays less attention to online teaching resources;most of them use online teaching resources directly,lacking the necessity to revise;the construction of the online resource platform cannot meet the needs of pre-service international Chinese language The construction of online resource platform cannot meet the needs of pre-service international Chinese teachers,and teaching courseware,teaching software and teaching fact sheets are relatively scarce.Finally,we put forward suggestions to address the above problems in the use of online teaching resources.At the individual level of pre-service teachers:to strengthen the awareness of using online teaching resources and improve the ability to use them;in terms of school curriculum construction:to optimise the structure of the professional core curriculum system;in terms of building a resource reservoir:to constantly update teaching resources,improve the content of the resource reservoir,make it easy for teachers to find and use them,and promote the steady improvement of the quality of online teaching resources. |
