Complying with the trend of global education informatization and sharing, college education will to the path of source sharing. After eight years of exquisite curriculum construction, we have made great achievements of forming a system of network curriculums. On this basis, the ministry of education in 2011, put forward the construction of high-quality open curriculum target, it includes two parts, namely the video courses and preeminent resources sharing classes.This paper selects Liaoning Normal University resources sharing lessons "teaching Chinese as a foreign language introduction" as a case to study, from the application of course, the process of construction and late update maintenance, based on facts, in system methodology, constructivism, postmodern curriculum theory and linguistic theory as the foundation, discussed with the problems existing in the process of, summary of experience.Besides the introduction and conclusion, this paper consists of four parts:The first part – the current research status of preeminent resources sharing classes. First of all, define the concept of Open Course, Excellent Course, High-quality Open Curriculum and Preeminent Resources Sharing Class. Second, the brief analysis of the relationship between the four. Third, clarify the development and sum up the major characteristics of course.The second part –the process of course construction. First, introduce the course of the construction process, put forward the principles and show the structure concept mapping. Second, introduce teaching team and the mechanism of turning teaching resources to the basis resources and the expansion resources. Finally, introduce the media tools as well as in using them need to pay attention to the problem.The third part – summarized the optimization of course construction. First, emphasize the necessity of curriculum optimization development. Second, from the teaching team, teaching content, content arrangement, teaching resources and technology, the optimization of course were summarized.The forth part – put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. The problems mainly concentrated in the course resources, teaching team, update, etc. To solve these problems could guidance course construction much better in the future.
