Research On Peasant Household Satisfaction In Rural Construction Of Agricultural Cultural Heritage Systems

The village is the headstream of Chinese culture,and agricultural has a long history in China.The Chinese civilization is wide and deep-seated,and if it wants to inherit and orderly,it will continue to flourish,and it must pay attention to rural areas and agriculture.In recent years,the focus of national construction has gradually shifted to the countryside,and relevant policies have been issued successively,such as the construction of new socialist countryside,the construction of new urbanization,the construction of new countryside and the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The government,enterprises,design institutions,scholars of agriculture,rural areas,nongovernmental organizations,farmers,etc.have actively participated in the rural construction.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in 2017,at which the "strategy of Rural Revitalization" was put forward,with the purpose of fully promoting the overall development of rural construction.Its general outline is to build a modern village with"prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized countryside,effective governance and rich life".On the other hand,since the FAO initiated the global important agricultural cultural heritage project in 2002,the excavation,protection and selection of agricultural cultural heritage have been rapidly promoted around the world.The rich and diverse biological,technological and cultural "genes" contained in agricultural cultural heritage are of great practical significance for the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization to promote rural construction.As of the beginning of 2020,China has 15 global important agricultural cultural heritage(GIAHS)and 118 Chinese important agricultural cultural heritage(NIAHS),which are considerable in number.In the long history of mankind,these excellent agricultural cultural heritages bring brilliant civilization to Chinese culture,and still have a broad space for excavation in the future.It is of great significance to explore,protect and inherit these excellent agricultural cultural heritage projects and realize sustainable development.And the value of agricultural heritage site itself has a variety of special significance,in the basis of the traditional agricultural production and way of life,on the farmers’ livelihood security,agricultural biodiversity maintenance,landscape protection,traditional knowledge and technology system of inheritance,and so on,compared with other non-agricultural cultural heritage sites for promoting the construction of rural development rural revitalization work has more advantages.Yunnan Pu’er ancient tea garden and tea culture system is one of the 15 GIAHS in China.After being identified as agricultural heritage,the economic construction and social development of Pu’er City Heritage site have developed rapidly.It has also present to a new stage,which has a strong representation in the National Agricultural Cultural Heritage site.This paper takes Yunnan Pu’er ancient tea garden,an important agricultural cultural heritage site in the world,and the core area of the heritage site of tea cultural system as the specific research object.By carrying out a satisfaction questionnaire,260 villagers in the village were investigated on the satisfaction of the construction of the heritage site.According to the special situation of Agricultural Cultural Heritage site,the design integrates the development of heritage industry,environment special project of heritage site,heritage infrastructure,heritage management,heritage cultural inheritance and other related indicators,and combines with other socio-economic evaluation indicators,constructs the management measures including rural economic development and construction,country ecological environment construction,construction of country facilities,and rural social governance The evaluation index system of rural construction satisfaction of Agricultural Cultural Heritage sites is composed of four aspects and 27 indicators,such as infrastructure and cultural heritage.Using SPSS software to cluster analysis and factor analysis of the survey data,the farmer satisfaction score of rural construction of Pu’er heritage site is 3.653,indicating that the rural construction level of Pu’er heritage site is in a "good" level,and there is still room for improvement in the future rural construction and development.Based on the survey data and analysis results,this paper summarizes the achievements of rural construction in the heritage sites in recent years,as well as the existing problems,mainly due to the insufficient combination with the protection of agricultural cultural heritage,which roughly includes the following four aspects:weak agricultural and rural infrastructure,inadequate management measures of Agricultural Cultural Heritage system,impact on traditional tea culture,lack of high-quality labor,etc.Rural construction needs the efforts of generations to complete,which is a long-term and systematic project.We should promote the work of rural construction,protect the agricultural heritage,coordinate the relationship between protection and development,adjust the decision-making of local rural construction according to local conditions,and attach importance to farmers’ Participation under the guidance of the government.In the true sense,we can achieve the vision of "seeing the mountains,seeing the water and remembering homesickness" by Comrade Xi Jinping,through the scientific co-ordination,so as to
