Research On Rural Cultural Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to solve the main contradiction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,China has sounded the clarion call of the times for Rural Revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization while shaking off poverty and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,establishing and improving the system,mechanism and policy system for the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and realizing the synchronization of the four modernizations are the inevitable requirements for building a powerful socialist country.The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is the general focus of the “three rural” work in the new era,promoting the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture,the comprehensive progress of rural areas and the comprehensive development of farmers.The construction of rural culture helps rural revitalization.It is equally important to cast a good soul and shape a good form.The high self-confidence and prosperity of rural culture endow farming culture and its Chinese culture with new ideas,humanistic spirit,moral norms and value implications.It is necessary to affirm the main identity of farmers as builders,practitioners and beneficiaries of rural culture and respect their important role in the construction of rural culture.At present,to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,we must improve the quality of farmers’ spiritual and cultural life.Therefore,the construction of rural culture is very important.Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China’s economic construction,the state has paid more and more attention to the construction of rural culture.The first law named directly after “Rural Revitalization” has been formulated,which clearly puts forward the task of continuously improving the civilization of rural society through “cultural revitalization”.We should vigorously strengthen the construction of rural civilization,carry forward the socialist core values,protect and inherit the excellent traditional culture in rural areas,strengthen the construction of rural public culture,change customs,improve the spiritual outlook of farmers,arouse the nostalgia and nostalgia of migrant workers,and strengthen the spirit of ownership of farmers in building their hometown,Promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas under socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Rural cultural construction is the difficulty and focus of rural construction.This paper should focus on the existing carriers and forms of rural culture through the research method of combining theory and practice? What are the promotion paths of rural cultural construction? Closely combine the “rural cultural construction” with the “Rural Revitalization Strategy”,and creatively put forward the practical path of this study on the basis of analyzing the current situation of rural culture in China.The introduction and main body of this paper are mainly divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,puts forward research ideas,research methods,research focus,difficulties and innovations,and systematically combs the research logic of this paper.The second chapter studies the concept and theoretical origin of culture,rural culture and rural cultural construction.Define the main concepts of the article,and sort out the relevant ideas,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for this paper.The third chapter mainly analyzes the practical significance of rural cultural construction under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy from two aspects: the promotion effect of Rural Revitalization Strategy on rural cultural construction and the promotion effect of rural cultural construction on the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of rural cultural construction.Through questionnaire survey and field interview,the achievements of rural cultural construction in China since the reform and opening up are affirmed,and the problems such as low quality of rural basic education,insufficient attention to rural excellent traditional culture,relatively weak team of rural specialized talents,low utilization rate of rural public cultural facilities,and few rural spiritual and cultural activities are analyzed.The multiple reasons for these problems and challenges are also analyzed.The fifth chapter is the research on the practical promotion of rural cultural construction under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Improve the quality of farmers’ education,protect rural traditional excellent culture,focus on the construction of rural talent team,improve rural public cultural services,and strengthen the construction of rural network culture.Provide intellectual support,cultural heritage,professional talent support,cultural supply capacity,and create a good cultural atmosphere for rural revitalization,based on the realization of agricultural and rural modernization,correctly understand and enhance the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers.
